The only thing remotely the same about them is the titles and not even those are fully the same since I'm a Medieval Man and Mechanical Man don't even use the same about of words in their titles.

A song doesn't have to completely copy another to feature references. Warcraft II and C&C: Red Alert had a friendly RTS rivalry in 1996 - both games were huge successes. There are certainly nods to Target/Mechanical Man here. I miss Pre-EA Westwood and Non-Whorish Blizzard...
