Thank you for the vid. I've subscribed. One thing I can recommend. If you've ever tried Sabra humus, in my opinion, you've tasted perfection. I can't get enough of the stuff. I enjoy the creamy texture and the flavor. I am able to achieve the texture by first mixing the lemon juice and the Tahini together in a food processor, then the rest. Give it a go, let me know. I haven't yet attempted to break the code on the ratio of spices they use.

I have a version of hummus that I feed to my picky boyfriend. It's pretty much the same, but I add a pack of fiesta ranch seasoning. It's meant to be added to sour cream for veggie/chip dip. Plus I don't tell him what it is, lol I say it's bean dip.
