There are at least a couple different ways to use videos as backgrounds. A video can be set as the background, or mapped onto an object like a cube and placed in the background. Be sure to enable the animation check box. If I remember correctly the TS size limit for the video is 640x480. You can get the current version of TS7 for free from the Caligari website. Since being purchased by Microsoft it is free, but will no longer be updated. Microsoft Bites.
