  • Im 110 lbs and squat 230.....and bench 115 :( no upper body haha

  • @frotonader11 random... lol

  • FINISH HIM!!!!

  • Some ground-breaking stuff here....

  • agree, we call this a middle school move, but it can be effective late in a match when a guy is tired and you need a pin when down on points.

  • Ok, here is the deal. I am a head coach at a high school in OK. This move, the snake is eas7y against a fish, but guys uou have to elbow down and keep the guy out front, maybe hit a knee tap from underneath. The snake is what elementary kids and HS fishes get beat with. If that is your schools move then your coach is absolutely terrible. About wrestling and the strength vs. technique. Wrestling is a sport of position, u get your guy out of position and take advantage of it. POSITION!!!!!!!!

  • won a match using this!

  • i love using this move.. its alllwayysss open

  • we call taht the cowboy in virginia

  • @MrBobsrevenge Its called the ghetto blaster and cowcatcher in Wa.. lol

  • we call that a chancer

  • kind of like a speacial?

  • you guys arguing over jui jitsu vs wrstling and vise versa , why dont you get into it with a submission wrestler or catch wrestler and see how both worlds are integrated into one thing . although the jui jitsu guys always think they invented everything . KIMURA lol -its a double wristlock , WHICH THEY DONT EVEN APPLY IT THE RIGHT WAY

  • colegan wreslting is nothing but two guys pushing eachother around, i have wreslted and they can say there using technique all they want but its all power, you can try for this and try for that but in the end its all doing the ame thing, pushing him over onto his back, and thats all. if anyone wants to actually learn something that involves skill not strength, learn jiu jitsu

  • dude, you are such a fucking pussy, ive roughed up many jits guys in my day.. why? because there far from athletic 90% of the time. brown belts cant even fucking submit me.

  • well then your rolling with the wrong brown belts, you being a marinoble fighter should know jiu jitsu is far supior, and if the guuys not a complete fish then he will win

  • I highly disagree with you. A perfect example is me... I weighed in at 130 I wrestled a guy at 152 alot stronger then me, but the fact that I had more technique I won.

  • well from my own experience, having used to wreslte and now doing jiu jitsu, im 16, 185, and ive beat 250 lbs guys so i believe that wresltling is more strength than technique

  • @alion06 your reatarded. honestly. I've been doing wrestling longer than I have been doing jiujitsu. I've compterd in many tournaments such as abu dahbi, grappler's quest, naga, and lots more- and have placed 1st over 16 times at an intermediate and above division. I have now quit BJJ for 1 yeay now took over wrestling- been doing club 4 times a week. Just participated in a tournament and annhialated the kids. I just took them down got my 2, mounted them got my 3, stood em back down nd repeated

  • @rentocanese89 which coment are you replying too?

  • @alion06 There have been female state champions in folkstyle and freestyle wrestling. at 119, 125, and I believe 135. My friend Rory medina won state at 135 and couldn't bench his own body weight., The guys he wrestlled could bench 300+ at states. technique is how to win.

  • @Fodera4

Girls can win at low weights in High school because they are usually competing against freshmen guys. A girl with four years experience beats the hell out of a mid-puberty guy with no experience.

  • @Fodera4 135 pounders can't bench 300+. lmao.

  • @borednessislife that is untrue, I graduated last year at 137 lbs benching 305 and pausing 285 for the weightlifting team. Have never been on anything, its just hard work and genes.

  • @no1doesntlikeme did you have any legs at all? lol. i guess i can see how it's possible if you have like chicken legs and great genes for it. and yes, of course a lot of hard work, hah.

  • @borednessislife hahaha yes i did have legs being on the wieghtlfting team is not only bench, come down to miami and ill outlift you pound for pound on every lift you would like and then kick your ass on the mat

  • @no1doesntlikeme well i'm always getting stronger. i wrestle 135's and i bench 220, squat 330, power clean 200. i've never been out muscled in a wrestling match, but i dunno, maybe you would be the first. but i'm just now becoming a junior in high school next year, so who knows how strong i'll be by end of senior year.

  • @borednessislife Why lie? Anyone with experience powerlifting knows you're full of shit. 135 squating 330 my ass and 220 bench? Get the fuck out of here. It's not possible at that weight or even close to that weight douche unless you happen to be 5'2" and in that case who cares if you can lift that much? You're are a midget in danger of getting squashed by a high school cheerleader who must seem like a giant to you. You are extremely insecure and possibly a closet homo.

  • @bjjdiver uhh, no. i am 5'6, wrestling 138 since they changed the weightclass so i won't have to cut to 135's. i normally weigh around 139, but cut down during wrestling. umm, do you want me to post videos? because i can if you want. i'll record myself standing on a scale, and then lifting the weight, if it'll satisfy the many random youtube commenters. i do consider myself pretty short at 5'6, but come on i'm not a midget, lol. i'm pretty sure i'm sexually attracted to women also.. pretty sure.

  • @bjjdiver I'm 120 and I squat 295 and bench 155.

  • @taylorwrestledabeer I squat 295 and bench 160. ^.^

  • @36fuckupflip wow that's a heavy squat. I weigh 125 and I'm squatting 225 but benching 185. I need to work on legs more I guess XD.

  • There alot of ways to counter this move.

  • us folks in texas call that a snake. its our schools move.

  • dude cow catch our coach taught us how to get out of a cow catcher... When you double leg u dont land u put ur head up and put ur leg to there leg then drop them when they cow catch.

  • bulldog

  • Bulldog here. Seems like there's never one definite name for a move.

  • What I was thinking mate.

  • we call it a cow catcher in iowa but ive never heard this called a cement mixer i kno theyre both from the front head lock but i thot a cement mixer u rolled too

  • What my team calls a cement mixer is were you get them into this move standing, kick between their legs and roll back flipping them over.

  • we call that a shit flip in new york

  • i wouldnt talk shit about iowa they are the best at wrestling in the world

  • cement mixer? isnt that only in free stlye?

  • Not the kind I'm referring to, no. It's a 5 point move in folk style. We had a guy on our team this year that was beastly at it, but never had the balls to pull it in a match.

  • oh, u mean a pinning combo

  • yeah i thought the same thing
