@emigr8 - I use the hand-through after a sombrero (what they call a butterfly?) all the time in social dancing, even with new partners. This is pretty standard for intermediate dancers, where followers are used to looking for and connecting to an offered hand.
this is suppose to be a choreographic move, right? coz Lead can never give signel to the follower to bring the hand up front on count 2.
anyway cool move but I would really appriciate that when you use your precious time to put videos online please bring up some moves which can be used in social dancing so everyone can use them. No offence, Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing :)

yeah, this was a complicated move to learn when I learned it in dance class...Salsa is my favorite Latin dance, though :D

@emigr8 You're mistaken, this can be used socially. The lead asked for the hand when he reached out. There is nothing wrong with the lead.
