i go for xperia arc, though I don't have this phone but instead i have xperia neo, and my friend who is a fan of iphones, and he does iphone 4 and he was just amazed of how clear & vivid the xperia neo display has, used on arc as well.

I have used all three phones but in my view s2 has better contrast ratio than the arc & iphone but arc has far better color saturation than s2 & iphone, but i prefer arc then s2 & at last iphone as far as display concerns.

xperia arc's LCD colors are great. I have it and I compared it with a SGS2. the arc's display has better color reproduction in my opinion. I simply don't like AMOLED color reproduction, it looks over saturated.

@wplsy SGS2 has the same display quality, which means everything thats white looks blue, and navy blue looks black. Samsung just dont care that their AMOLED displays are defective, and the buyers dont care too. But i do, the SGS is the worst fone i have tried, so annoying with the bad color reproduction. I like the viewing angle and the masterful contrast, but the blue tint is more noticeable than the good things about it.

Notice how the video only angles the phones downward? Best mate has the arc and when you put the retina display of my ip4 next to his and angle them left to right the arc disappears into a white light but the ip4 stays true. Not to mention the arc has a purple bias to how it displays pictures - rigged video!

In my opinion, the colors look more vivid on the Arc and Galaxy S, though, the Galaxy S have more saturated colors, and in some situations, they look a little bit unrealistic. iPhone looks natural, but not as good as the other two. However, the Arc has poor viewing angles, then again, nobody uses the phone at 75+°

I'm looking to buy a new phone and SE Arc has good looks, gingerbread, nice camera, bravia engine and i actually like the new UI (in comparison to the first x10 ui, yuck!). Although it's single core, it performs very well and smooth. Then again dual-core seems to be the trend, so Galaxy S2 might be more future-proof. =/

The arc is awesome, i bought it on the release date with the option of getting an iphone. In my opinion with the iphone you are paying for the name, not the features. Yes it was good, when it first released it was top of the range, had the best screen, and was the phone to really make the word of apps explode. However they have since been releasing only small features with each release, and now they have been caught up and passed by android phones.
