First of all, child abuse is everywhere. It does not discriminate. Second, most of these kids parents are wreck, starving, no jobs, their mothers are also treated poorly etc... Take care of the parents and the child will follow. Unfortunately, this particular country, while it's beautiful in many places, most are behind the times, stuck in the stone age. It will not change until the adults change. But hunger and poverty help create anger, depression & violence.
