To change suits whether you've completed the game or not Load your save then when it gives you all the options like continue story and stuff press left, left, down, down, left, left, right, up, up, down. Without having pressed anything previously. If you did it correctly it will notify you with a noise, then you just press continue and It gives you the choice of the suits you have. If that doesn't work your doing it wrong or you have no suits.

Go to the bulding Ace chemicals, once your near it youll hear a shot and then barbara will give you the call. Hope this helps
