Let me explain the traffic agent. Traffic agents consist of mostly blacks, hispanics, indians and some jews. From elementary school to high school they were picked on and bullied. They lack education so they can't own their own business. They have no balls, so they're not going to to be a real cop, fireman or paramedic. So they say what can I do that requires the least amount of work effort and will give me a false sense of authority? I'LL BE A TRAFFIC AGENT!!!!

In Sydney they just take a photo of your car and send the owner of the car a ticket in the post. If the owner wasn't driving they need to nominate the person who was driving and make a statutory declaration as to who was driving. None of this nonsense happens. Aussie judge Einfeld lied that a dead woman was driving his car at the time he was caught on speed camera. He's doing time now for lying in the statutory declaration. Also, if you don't pay the fine then your licence is suspended.

Now look at this video, compared to others. they show the violation before the motorist get in the car. jimmy justice does not !!! He video tapes after the fact.

That spic probably parked there to grab a coffee (like they always say) and had a hissy fit with getting a ticket. If you're there for 5 seconds or 5 minutes it is still a violation.

the agent did his job properly,and thanks to him and the traiffc nypd traffic can flow smootly and safely. Jimmy Justice will one day be punished for following the traffic workers around and not letting them do their jobs.
