  • @OccupySD99 respect the police dumb ass no one gives a fuck about your assembly STUPID

  • have a cry phaggot. no one gives twos shit about your assembly

  • The "general assembly" and the whole "occupation" is an illegal assembly. Look - show up, have your say, THEN LEAVE. You cannot legally "occupy" a public space the way you keep doing. That is NOT protected behavior. Keep it up and you will be arrested.

  • I think all the SDPD hear voices LMAO at the SDPD

  • I hate when you people mimic other people's voices like that. God that's annoying. If I was a cop I would arrest you just for that.

  • A lot of these cops are good people. It's the scum bags that need to be culled. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE GREAT CLEANSING YES EVEN IF I'M TAKEN I DON'T CARE CLEANSE THE EARTH!!!

  • The day will come when citizenss will fight back. Im just glad there are far more citizens then there are police. In the end we will get the last laugh.

  • good job to the sergeant, for staying so calm and not caring what this clown is saying. and by the way idiot, this isn't a fucking raid.

  • this guy needs to shut the fuck up with the "general assembly" shit. WE GET THAT ITS AT THE GENERAL FUCKING ASSEMBLY

  • shut up you fucking liberal hippies!

these police all have lives outside of their work, they have families and are only doing their job to feed their families and themselves. plus they keep the city safe from real criminals and they DO NOT need to put up with you kids causing a public disturbance which in the Sandiego book of law says that to an obsessive amount of noise created in a public area! i saw in the background alot of children and families being frightened from you! so go smoke ur pot

  • @wasupwifdat Damn right brother !

  • 51bob51 3 finally someone gets it right

  • Okay general assembly that'll do

  • Bunch of dead beat occupy protesters. Go out and look for a job already.

  • What a joke... America's Finest on their pig mobiles. "America's finest steaming hot pile of dog crap."

  • dont bother wasting your breaths on those cops. There're just some running dogs for the power that be.They are not paid to answer u but only to take any and all measures to arrest u without causes. Just set one of one on fire and see how they scream...

  • SDPD your a bunch of pussy bitches to afraid to lose your jobs or you powerless everywhere else in your life you push people around for nothing

  • This cop was Scared! You can see it in his eyes.

  • it seems they arrested 2 people of color? then took away a 3rd for possible public drunkeness? when the occupiers asked the SDPD to perform a breathalyzer 1st, the officer smirked the arrestee's right to privacy? Sgt. Steffan, Badge# 2000, was seen talking on his cell phone while driving away - too bad no one thought to make a citizen's arrest on him! it was an emergency & he has his police radio if he needs direct contact with the dispatcher. Police are the worst drivers & do not obey laws.

  • I'm posting this everywhere!

  • I know these cops are like "FUCK", THEY hate to do this shit, it's they' re job and they hate it. You can tell on they're face. It's not the police, it's the powers to be. The price of freedom is eternal vigilance. --Thomas Jefferson

  • LO LLAMAN DEMOCRACIA Y NO LO ES

  • They sent quite a number of policemen to arrest someone for putting a sign on the pavement.

  • bunch of Fu--ing bullies... welcome to the United police states of America

  • This is this the work of police? Arrest without charge is illegal. Confiscation of pamphlets is illegal. Harassing citizens is illegal. These cops are criminals. Infantile Assholes. They need to be held accountable. I'm going to make sure they are responsible for their actions. Sgt. Steven 2000 must be fired.

  • "I heard a voice and the voices told me to arrest them."

  • we're arresting you for carrying a guitar

  • @RapsAlive He is also a trickster sociopath just like every other person in office right now.

  • @TheAnubisDrake

    Explain.

Every time someone responds to that post its a conclusion not defended.

So please, clarify how "he is also a trickster sociopath just like every other person in office right now."

He has had a consistent message for dozens of years. He has stuck by his principles. You obviously aren't aware of this.

Hell, in all honesty I think you would like Paul if you gave him a chance; I'm also very wary of politicians, but it is clear he is genuine.

  • @RapsAlive You can be a genius and a sociopath, there is no conflicting there.

Anyhow I mean that he speaks out against fed gov spending for all these years, then he himself inserts pork into bills he knows will pass then votes no on them. There are a few reasons this is dishonest, shows lack of integrity and a mad failure to lead by example. His defense is that if the pie is sitting there and everyone is getting some I might as well get some too. That's sociopathic.

  • @RapsAlive Write me in a personal message. I can't respond to you when half your comments are removed, the other half are marked as spam (hidden).

It does not invalidate my argument or make it bad logic because you can alter what I am saying to say something else. Of course you can, you are ALTERING IT!

What he is doing is the moral equivalent of a "good cop" speaking out against brutality, then participating in it when it happens so "he can get some too."

  • @TheAnubisDrake

    I sent you a message.

  • @TheAnubisDrake

"His defense is that if the pie is sitting there and everyone is getting some I might as well get some too. That's sociopathic."

I'm sorry, but its absurd to believe Paul can be medically classified as a sociopath; that's a truly absurd point.

In all actuality, this "sociopathic" action doesn't undoubtedly lead into the conclusion "he's a sociopath."

You're logic doesn't work, and your sentences are very disorganized.

  • Comment removed

  • @RapsAlive It's a complex topic and I get 500 chars. Sorry I'm not as clear as I could be in a 10 page dissertation.

It's not hard to fake compassion. The best sicios are good at it and you have to be one of the best to be where he is now.

It's in their actions you can tell, not in how they talk. His actions clearly show someone who does things that do not mesh with what he is saying.

  • @TheAnubisDrake

Your problem is you keep on writing objectively, when in reality your reasoning is much more subjective.

Your logic itself is very "this is how it is". I like being show why, not just hearing the end soundbite.

You aren't demonstrating how Paul is a sociopath; all you are doing is saying he is, and countering my words with general phrases.

Hell, I can switch the words in most of your sentences and make your post support my position. Sorry, thats weak logic.

  • @TheAnubisDrake

Another interesting point; Ron Paul's body language.

Watch a speech/him perform in a debate. His right hand (his dominant hand) always begins moving more and more passionately as he gets more and more into his words. The idea that this is fake, a sort of acting, is very absurd.

Numerous experts of body language have come out and stated Paul is genuine. Sure, you may disagree with him, but its clear he believes what he is saying, and feels strongly about it.

  • @RapsAlive He may believe what he is saying, but his actions don't show it.

  • @TheAnubisDrake

How do his actions not show it? Once again, please explain. You keep on providing me with conclusions that aren't defended. I've pointed this out already.

    I've even said:

"And what pork bills are you referring to? Please, I'm actually curious to know. I kindly ask you to go more in depth and prove your point."

You continue talking in circles, and refuse to tackle my points head on. You aren't demonstrating how he is a sociopath; you simply say he is.

  • @TheAnubisDrake I agree-it's shown in how he failed to police his own newsletters for years, and then disavowed them when it was shown that there was extreme racist content in them. I have a hard time believing he didn't know it over the years those newsletters came out. Also, for someone that wants smaller govt and liberty, he wants govt to dictate to women what they can do with their bodies.

  • MAN FUCK THE POLICE

  • STOP ASKING THE PIG PLEASE!

  • And great job to the protesters, for staying together!!

  • Thanks to the camera guy, for staying so calm. Shared. Solidarity from Canada!

  • @SuperSpencercat Thanks. Its not easy to remain calm, but is necessary to get the truth out there.

  • lol "If you use profanity I will arrest you." Since when can a cop arrest someone for using profanity? This is some creepy orwellian shit.

  • @JoelBitarProductions The can't legally arrest you for profanity. They can however arrest you and make up some bogus charge for it later.

  • @Asquarepancake Thanks for your support. When you are homeless and cast aside I hope you remember this moment.

  • @TheAnubisDrake 1) Im Canadian 2) Im the 1%

  • @Asquarepancake Congratulations....now share a little of that 1% wealth with those who need it most. Homeless, sick, disabled, lets do some good for this world!

  • @Asquarepancake Well then you more than anyone should be helping the rest of us.

  • Dirty pigs violating the constitution.

  • First amendment my ass!

  • @36Vernon You're my hero.

  • @36Vernon Fucking fascist.

  • @36Vernon #1 Most of us are not communists.

#2 We do not harass the police. We are simply doing our thing and they are harassing us.

#3 No one was chanting anything in Arabic or anything about the Muslim faith.

#4 Mic checks are not to scare the police. They are to make a statement.

    #5 Good job bigot.

  • @36Vernon This is a great example of hate, bigotry, and the racism that still exists in this country. People like you are why we fight, why we will not be divided, and why this failed system needs serious reform. Please take your racist, unintelligent ass somewhere else. This country has no room for you, nor does this channel. If you leave another hateful comment like that, it will be removed, and you will be banned.

  • Personally I think the authorities are trampling on our Constitutional rights because they are feeling threatened by peaceful assemblies. Freedom of Speech still remains one of the most powerful weapons available to us.

  • Making dissent the "enemy". Shameful!

  • This is what can happen with the passage of the NDAA bill.

  • I used to think that we should have sympathy and compassion for the police despite all the evidence to the contrary. Now, more and more not so much. I'm beginning to feel that they are not human in there uniforms and they are just a force for wickedness in our lands. They cannot think for themselves and only follow "orders" like many criminals in our past.

  • @4747nexus Check out the Harvard Prison experiment. It's the uniform and assumed authority that does it to people. It can even turn harmless students into power hungry monsters.

  • @4747nexus yeah and with the ndaa they can take your daughters and wives and they dont have to explain a thing tell that to anonymous

  • Further they threatened to arrest people for the use of profanity, which in its self is ambiguous, but further, is in violation of their (the protesters') constitutional rights under the first amendment. As such (regardless of state laws that may exist) the officer threatened False arrest, which is also illegal.

  • The people protesting need to get lawyers in their crowds. Under federal law an officer who fails to uphold the law or breaks the law no longer retains their authority as enforcers of the law and are subject to being arrested themselves, including civilian arrest. The officers failed to give Miranda rights to those they did arrest, failed to give appropriate tests, and failed to supply formal charge on request, both by the protesters and those they arrested.

  • @Deyesonlya We have lawyers and legal observers. Not sure if any were present.

  • Looks like somebody had warrants.

  • @sporaticayt No they didn't. I know that at least 2 of those people definitely did not have warrants. I know because both of them have been arrested already within the last couple weeks and released.

  • @TheAnubisDrake Did they have parole or probation officers that they didn't check in with at some point since the last arrest?

  • @SuperJazz4444 No. The officer toward the end of the video claims that they were picked up for "encroachment" which the police are using to arrest anyone that sets down ANYTHING on the ground.

  • @TheAnubisDrake I'll have to go back and see if I hear that on the video. Even you below said that the police wouldn't say what it was for. Either way, don't you think it may be a good idea to stop getting arrested by putting anything down? If you don't like the codes, get politically involved and change them. They aren't going to change by getting arrested.

  • @SuperJazz4444 I had not heard it myself the first time through either. It's shortly before the Sgt left.

We are doing both right now. Besides the police are using the civil code far beyond its wording and intent.

  • @TheAnubisDrake Will try again...I hear him answer a question re: encroachment, but will check. I also thank you for your civility. There is often not a healthy debate. If those guys have been released (have they?), what did they say?

  • @SuperJazz4444 I have not spoken to them yet. Not even sure if they are out yet. The police have been keeping people up to the full 3 days allowed before release normally so I am fairly sure they are still in.

I try my best to be the voice of reason both online and on the ground (when I can be there).

  • @TheAnubisDrake Well, thanks again. Maintaining a balance and a voice of reason will take your movement further. I just hope it stays along the lines of helping the 99%.....

  • @SuperJazz4444 Since the occupations have been getting sacked daily, we have moved on to spontaneous protests at malls, markets, street corners and of course foreclosed and foreclosing homes.

We are the 99% and we want to become the 100%

We don't need leaders and figureheads anymore. Humanity is growing up.

  • @TheAnubisDrake As long as nothing interferes with people working and spending money, otherwise the 99% is affected by it. I know you say otherwise, but you guys need a leader....you have a voice of reason so.....?

  • @SuperJazz4444 Thanks for the vote of confidence. We have organizers, though our opinions don't count for any more or less when in debates or assemblies.

  • @TheAnubisDrake OK. I can't think of one movement that didn't have a leader, but you can definitely try this. I doubt it will work (sorry). Good luck!

  • @SuperJazz4444 The fact that we have already been running fairly effectively for months now without one shows that it can be done. The foundation of democracy was leaderless BTW, like the ancient Greek city states. When the founding fathers of the US began the war for independence there was no one leader, though one emerged towards the end of that war.

  • @TheAnubisDrake I think early on there were groups of leaders, which is essentially the way our govt is now. You are right--there is not one leader--but it's not clear that the occupy movement even has a group. But, if this is how you all want to run it, then that is fine.

  • @TheAnubisDrake I can't find the part that you mention.

  • It must have been a slow night for crime in San Diego.

  • @ingebird415 Not really because these attack dogs do this Every Single Day. They are making up charges after the fact, which is why the officers are refusing to say why the people are being arrested.

  • Another funny video. Occupiers never disappoint in that respect! First, they have 3 business days to file charges, and it is at that time the arrest becomes public, I believe. The police do not owe you any explanation as to the arrest of others. Second, the occupier said he told the officer to take as many fliers as he wanted....that is not called "confiscation." The exaggeration continues.....

Can I ask when you plan to address congress with your grievances against the 99%?

  • @SuperJazz4444 #1 The arrestees themselves asked the police and got no answer.

#2 The officer can not arrest people without cause and make up charges later.

#3 We already have an occupation in DC working on that and we are gathering people and funding to go there ourselves too.

  • @TheAnubisDrake I could be wrong, but I don't think the police have to even say it to the arrestees at that point, either. I think the police have the 3 days. You don't know that there wasn't cause, do you? You just think that right now because the police didn't tell you. Yeah, I don't think the DC group is effective either. Congress is not worried about you at all given what the republicans wanted to do to the middle class right before recess.

  • @SuperJazz4444 No, they do have to tell you why you are being detained/arrested on the spot. They can chance the charges later but must tell you if you ask.

  • change* the charges later

  • @SuperJazz4444 January 17th

  • What a BS artist that Sergeant Stefan. An arrest is a matter of public record; there is no right to privacy. He is improperly denying the public information about police conduct. He is sewing dissension in the community. What an idiot cop! Why do they always seem to be teh one's in charge? "It's just a few bad apples." YEAH RIGHT!
