Hotshot told you there would be no practice, that already there shows what a motivation there was for Team Canada about this event eh? The biggest problem is that he thinks he could help others to improve (this is already arrogant) but he did not do so. When one participates in a team, he should try to get everyone the best performance by helping each other out. If he still holds the attitude of competing with even his own teammates, than the team would not have good cooperation. Hotshot may have failed at some point of the tourney, but he wanted the whole team to win matches. Hotshot displayed sportsmanship at the tourney imo
