Omitting the flour is missing out on an entire layer of flavor. AND the fact that he didn't even mention the oil shows that he's an amateur. Bad cutlets
@avzeolla you can tell by the bottle its just a generic vegetable oil. use whatever oil you want. me personally, i use olive oil for the flavor, but vegetable oil and grapeseed oil offer higher flashpoints, so you can crisp them a little more without risking burning the oil.
This needs more views, it's great and looks delicious. Very creative and different than the generic recipes. Also, smart way to cook it and keep clean!
