  • Bella... bella.. bella... bella... bella.. bella... bella... stupenda.. bella.. bella... bella... bella... stupenda... beautifu... bella... bella... bella... non so cos'altro potrei mai dire oltre a questo!

  • “Oh, mio Dio! Vi ora dovrò perdervi, Amica mia!

Ma così sia! Giacché in tal modo potrò risparmiarvi quello che soffrirò.

Però, quando ci separeremo per sempre, vi lascerò un pegno d’amore e,

in qualunque terra straniera in cui andrò, se mi manderete un messaggero che mi riporterà le vostre parole, accorrerò subito al vostro richiamo.” (Tristan)

  • The Europeans have not produced any culture because they have lost their faith. Pray they find it again before Europe becomes Eurabia, and Europe is no more . . . .

  • 1:45

  • 1:44

  • 4:32

  • boring, except the third part

  • troppo bello....quanto tempo ha questa musica?

  • I think the lament of Tristan has Norman roots

  • Starting at 1:45 what instrument is that...its amazing.

  • @JBinorlando69

    I think it's a hurdy-gurdy

  • Learning this for classical guitar :D Sounds amazing.

  • One of the most characteristic songs of this era

  • @StoneColdProduction

In fact it doesn't belong to this Era, it belongs to medieval Era.

If you are European, this question is for you: just take a look at the last century... what did we produce that is artistically ours? Tell me?

  • @

    ma va a cagare

  • @olivierileonardo6 Se non ti piace tornatene in quelle discoteche dannate

  • splendido, malinconico, dolce e un pò triste.. :)

  • beautifull, is it from Unicorn Ensemble?

  • just think if it wasn't for our ancestors, we would not be here today, yes they may have been throught tough times in their day but, wat ever came their way they passed it, just listening to the music, tell millions of stories you kind of get the feeling of belonging :) love, peace and pride forever !!!

  • @giulio123

    right on

  • The music is cool. But I think about the homely, smelly, depressed, sickly, people walking around in medieval europe being slaves to Lords and living in darkness with no knowledge of anything except what they heard about God in the Church(which was forced upon them). Poor, illiterate people, who died of disease because they didn't think to boil their water

  • @TheBirdMamma I don't necessarily think they were depressed. There are plenty of happy stories and songs from the time. If it's all you know, then that's normal for you. Ignorance is bliss. Also, they avoided disease by brewing their dirty water into beer instead of drinking it straight. That made it much safer. I know, peasants didn't live very long and their lives were physically unpleasant, and I'm thankful for what we have now, but happiness could and did exist even in their time.

  • @Xezlec For our comfort and safety, we the modern day peasants have traded our hearts and true happiness to avoid sooner death.

  • @RoninAvenger You speak of that which you cannot know.

  • @TheBirdMamma haha ur thinking VERY early medieval

  • @TheBirdMamma People often exaggerate how "bad" the middle ages were. Heck, even the "dark" ages weren't so dark, and were very vibrant times. Most people's "conventional wisdom" about those times are actually myths. This is the work of Victorian scholars who believed their own culture to be the height of human accomplishments and denigrated everything that came before them. :)

  • Hail the Empire!!!

Long live our past Culture, Race, Pride & Class.

  • geil :) Klausur-Stück

  • this kind of music makes me calm down....but it's not like im mad all the time :)

  • This is a perfect voyage to Medieval era. One of the most beautiful aria from this period. Marvelous.

  • Wonderfull and amazing, i just wonder who is the artist Alla Fransesca? Arany Zoltan? Could you tell me who is the artist and from which album does this track come from? I would really appreciate it. Thank you again for your video.

    Thomas from France

  • @wotan121285

It sounds like it's from the Naxos album "Chominciamento di gioia"-- the performers are the Ensemble Unicorn.

    Thanks

  • @fiskerlord The harp comes on then the flute, now a quicker pace-more lively.

I think it is Arany Zoltan and could be a variation on Tourdion.No...on second listening this is a popular and familiar piece but I cannot place it either. I have an extensive playlist and I'm intrigued now...I'll try and find it for you.Maybe Estampie?

  • @1488bill thank you :) I would be honored if you could tell what the piece is called.. :)

    regards Fiskerlord

  • Cool Love it

  • Very touching beautiful medival music. I did not know this piece of art. Thanks for sharing it.

  • This, music sounds of despair, and possibly sad death, just my opinion of the song =/

  • @yusahara That's exactly the story of Tristano.

  • Sad and tremendously beautiful.

  • i love the sound thanks

  • troppo triste

  • Beautiful! Is this Ensemble Unicorn playing this wonderful piece of Music?

  • Genius, pure genius.

  • Incantevole.....

  • Thanks for posting this its one of my favorites!

  • what year was this originally written

  • Don't think anyone knows more exactly than C14th.

  • Reckon that's not a tromba marina - it's a rotta - bowed lyre like a Welsh crwth.

  • After listening again, could be a mediaeval fiddle, with "bourdon" or drone strings, and played double-stopped, but still don'think TM - typically single stringed..

  • Hermosa Música

  • i love this <3 its so inspiring, this kind of music completely frees my spirit

  • chi è il gruppo che la esegue?

  • Beautiful, beautiful music

  • can somebody tell me the instrument used at 2:05? that sounds like a wheel fiddle but it is not a hurdy gurdy

  • Trompette marine in french, the ancestor of Cello

  • Superb

  • Wonderful. Who are the performers?

  • Thanks for posting, It's very beautiful.

  • bello
