I was on that street car, it was the only weekend that had it out, it was really cool! It was a lot of fun. It looks so neat in the inside. Too bad they dont have this all summer
That was beautiful! I remember visiting Toronto as a kid and seeing these and wishing we would ride one! Never did. Can they still be seen around Toronto this year? A lot of the newer one's were built down the road from my place at the Bombardier plant. The plant is now closed. Thanks for sharing this!
It's pretty hard to beat those old PCC's. In terms of longevity, cost effectiveness, and personality, I think they have some of the newer ones beat. The older interiors are nicer, for sure.
Yea it was on the harbourfront route but its was the last run so it did not go to exhibition it went up bathurst to king and down king to the Car house
it looks really roomy and comfy compared to the streetcars we have out now. would love to go in it one day

Awesome video. I am lucky and old enough to be a passenger in these in the 80's.

so TTC TAE, any idea how often/what routes these ole beauts run? (im assuming mainly late spring to early fall due to their ages)
they seriously need to start building them like they used to!

These streetcars are from a time when the TTC was the better way and not the debacle it has become.
