nice fish Greencape or Moweera point thats the place to get them, and was that in the comp , where heading again this year from Adelaide , 16 years in a row
in australia their called yellow tail king fish for what ever reason, here in the states there called amberjacks. both are the same thing so all of u shut the fuck up !
Definitely throw some ice in that box mate, I GUARANTEE your next kings will taste alot better from being in an ice slurry. Makes them 10 folds easier to fillet too
Nice KINGIE,lol at foreigner's whining that its not what THEY call a King.
Caught my 1st of Greencape a few weeks back, epic shizzle! :)
To the dude saying thought it was a 50lb Tuna, these buggers pull WAY harder than a Tuna, they punch WELL above their weight, only somebody who has hooked one can understand...
@CrazyDoncovA Well over here we call them kingfish mate, mainly because we get the 40kg+ fish and you dopey cunts get the 15kg fish... If you've ever had a fish on the line like this guy you'll know why we call them "kingfish"
Nice work big fella. Mowarrys going off at the moment -- i can't believe how glassy the water is....... every time I'm there it's sloppy as buggery. Nice vid
Great clip dude.! I used large squidges last time i was there at Greencape. Out fished my mate who was using knife jigs. Both worked well. Im lazy so thats why I use the splastics. Less work..hehe
great clip dude. Heading up that way in April. The fish you caught are about the same size as the ones I caught last year on my ugly stik & spinfisher loaded with 30lb. I nailed all mine on large squidges on 4ounce jigheads. largest fish went 7kg. 7500 penn seemed to hand it without and drama.
Hey bigmacca that was at Greencape a few years ago. When are you heading up this year? I'll be there early March.

not the right kind of rod get a craftech 8'8 shark and tuna real they work the best the rod you are using is for spiiner not conventional
JESSEAKAJERKER 2 years ago
the rod has quite large diameter guides but it is an overhead rod, notice the trigger reel seat. [:
