Serious question for everyone... how do you overcome the fear of failing whatever it is you say you wanna do? how do you overcome the little voice that says if i try this im going to fail, so its better if i dont try at all? If you dont try because you think you will fail, does that mean you have failed already? Someone i know suffers from this fear, how do i convince her that its better to try and fail, or even, GASP, succeed than to never try in the first place?

I strongly suspect I'd mostly be just sliding about on the ladders all day long... which would put somewhat of a crimp in my famous authoring career. But it would be fun! :D

And now I'm going to be in suspense until Friday to find out what you have to say.
