One thing i noticed is none of the cast are superhero legends. Almost ALL of the actors were in superhero movies that just came out. Plus, Iron Man (2008) grossed approximately 600 millions. Hope it will be a big sucess, I know they already think about a trilogy! Make it happen people ! True entertainment!

In my opinion, Green Lantern is the best put together film in the super hero genre thus far. X-Men seemed kind of gay (no offense to anyone) and the heroes looked weak. Hulk (with Norton), Watcmen and Iron Man 1 are great runners up.

In my opinion, Green Lantern is the best put together film in the super hero genre thus far. X-Men seemed kind of gay (no offense to anyone) and the heroes looked weak. Hulk (with Norton), Watcmen and Iron Man 1 are great runners up.

@MrHalicarnassoS I don't get why people don't read information before asking these questions. First of all, you have not seen the new Hulk, so you can't know what he is. Secondly, please read information before speaking because Wolverine and X-Men will never be in the Avengers unless 20th Century gives up the filming rights to the X-Men franchise to Marvel Studios. Many film superheroes are owned by different filming companies who holds the film contracts. So no Wolverine.

@letsgobulls1997 Do you not realize that Spiderman and X-Men are not owned by same movie companies as the Avengers? There is something called film rights. Marvel studios and the film companies doing the Avengers currently do not own the movie rights to make Spiderman or X-Men, those filming rights belong to some other filming companies right now, it is those companies who are making the X-Men First Class reboots and the new Spiderman reboot. Therefore, they are not in the Avengers universe.

Please do realize that while Marvel Comics has all these heroes, none all of them have film rights given to the same filming studios. They cannot use Deadpool because they don't have the rights to film or use Deadpool's image.

X-Men and Spiderman are not in this line-up because Paramount Pictures and Marvel Studios do not own the film rights. X-Men belongs to 20th Century Fox while Spiderman is owned by Columbia Pictures. If the studio do not own filming rights, they cannot use those superheroes in the Avengers.

@TheElitePow No, X-Men have their own movie and their filming rights are owned by a different studio than the one who makes the Avengers, they cannot contractually be allowed in the Avengers movies unless 20th Century gives the rights to Marvel Studios. Until then, Avengers can't have X-Men. Contracts won't allow it.
