Both Reagan and Bush were handed a deep recession and both turned out great economies and they were the best at national defense, so its a close call to which is better considering the similarities but Bush had alot more hurdles than Reagan, he had clintons recession, clintons mortage policies, 9/11, katrina, new national security from terrorism, war in iraq and afghanistan. so Bush is our greatest president, Reagan is the second best.

He didn't even come clean that he had made a mistake in that matter. Both Woodrow Wilson and Lloyd George opposed it, knowing full well that only vengeance will come out of it. It was actually the Great Depression of 1929 that brought Hitler to power. Wilson pushed his 14 Points and founded the League of Nations, a predecessor of UN.
WWI and WWII are the main reasons why US is even a superpower in the first place.

Both Reagan and Bush were handed a deep recession and both turned out great economies and they were the best at national defense, so its a close call to which is better considering the similarities but Bush had alot more hurdles than Reagan, he had clintons recession, clintons mortage policies, 9/11, katrina, new national security from terrorism, war in iraq and afghanistan. so Bush is our greatest president, Reagan is the second best.

Iraq had nothing to do with anything and should never have become an issue, 'especially' after September 11, 2001.

As far as immediate known cousins of his who have been President of the U.S.,
George W. Bush will be in the same category as Franklin Pierce(1804-1869) for being unsatisfactory and definitely worse than Calvin Coolidge(1872-1933).
Coolidge balanced the budget at all times and was a true financial conservative in comparison to Bush.

He only said it was confirmed that people from Al Qaeda met with Saddam shortly before 9/11.
That doesn't necessarily equal a link...

You don't think that the money spent on two wars and the debt we owe has anything to do with the value of the dollar? The "American" economy is weak so the interest rate must be dropped in an attempt to stimulate it. This subsequently makes the dollar value worse.

I am not at all a fan of G.W. Bush, but I cannot list him as the worst President. I would put him in a list of the 5 worst. Buchanon, Pierce, Grant, Carter, and G.W. Bush has brought our country to a terrible point. Ranking himself very close with Buchanon who was indeed the worst of the batch.
