Nicktoons is geared specifically for very small kids (2-5) not adults, so slow speed is a neccessity for the young ones who have never driven before...

I'd say that you are very wrong, that is the average age of what the Nick Jr. programs are aimed at, most Nick's other shows are aimed at 6 year olds to late teens, and I believe that Nicktoons would fall into that category, some of the Nicktoon programming, like Spongebob, for a current example, and Invader Zim, which is not current but the main character is featured in this game, even has a fair amount of adult fans.
