Howsabout I pay my California state taxes with some of their warrants?
You know, there's a market there for these warrants -- an entrepreneur could buy them for their face value, or better yet at a discount from the holder, then cash them in for the interest upon maturity. A whole new bond market! Wanna bet Obama steps in quickly to regulate this so trading warrants will never happen?
