LOL, in my oppinion...warcraft should stop at warcraft 3, or keep going as a rts game. Cause wow simply cannot be considered as a mmorpg. I mean, it's a MMO, not a mmorpg, got it? It lacks in complexibility, it's just fun and addictive..that's nice, but it doesn't make of wow an rpg, and it never will be, no matter how manny expansions or dungeons they make..

WOW should never be compared to ddo..

A massively multiplayer online game is pretty much a game with a huge world with many human players, WoW does that. And saying it's not and RPG? Not work now??? It has become very popular. The problems it faced earlier on were due large part to Atari not advertising as it was supposed to. As the law suit shows. I have played MMO's since the first Meridian 59 and they use the same old lock and click combat system with the exception of DDO.

@Kingofdragoons20 Thats actually incorrect dude....in the begining they where not evil and originally they where called the Eradar but where turned into evil because of that deamon guy(can't remember name) promised Kil'jaden and Archimonde (the 2 rulerz of the eradar) unlimited power for there service.....1 eradar(can't remember name lol) refused the offer of that deamon guy and so with the help of the Naru they escaped to Outland and THEN called themselfs the Draenei......

Because you suck? lol Whole game can be bought by ddo points (so, its basicaly free). And you get about 100 of them at every char at about 3rd level. Catacombs expansion is 200 points. So, 2 chars, some quests, and you've got them for free.

Once you get to higher levels, it gets really hard to progress because you need to buy everything from the item shop, and I don't want to spend over $50 on a F2P MMO.

Anyway that's my opinion. Everyone has their own favorite MMO that they prefer, and I prefer RoM.
