  • @210sexyma At the old Carswell AFB.....do you remember listening to KNOK ?

  • This song captured perfectly the bicentennial year of 1976 & what great music we had that year...Lowdown, Love Talk, Let's Get It Together, Brass Construction, CHA, Parliament, Brick, Ten Percent...Man it was great to be 16 & alive in New York. What great times we had! I only wish that I still had the 12'' version. The LP & 45 are just 2 short.

  • Wow UBERTROY77. I used to hear this on the radio back in Chicago. I joined the Air Force that Nov of 77 and never heard it again. Been lookin for it for years. But I didn't know who made it and nobody I asked seemed to know anything about it. Thank goodness for youtube and SteveSpent for posting it.

  • In a word, this was "COOL".

You know when you're a kid and your opinion matters little to your older siblings, What you like means nothing to them. I remember the last time I heard this song. It was in 77, on the radio. My older cousin changed the station and I never heard it again.

I've searched for this song for many years. Gotta love the net.
