@cncmandevgan yeah, I get that the speeds are synced, but how does a rotating turret cut a straight face (as on the hex) against a rotating part? It seems counter-intuitive, yet there it is.
@laphoque watch the rotation direction. if they moved in opposite directions you get what your thinking, roundness. moving in same direction as this video shows you can control it (flat spots). its like taking a long swipe of material off resulting in a flat spot, do that enough and correctly you can make hex, square etc. hope this helps you out.
I would love to see this in super slow motion. I would also like to see one run in person. The accuracy is incredible. I guess it requires a proprietary CAM software in order to program it.
