if you want more subscribers then do some nukes on class's which people say in the comments or on your channel. and get huge kill streaks, like 50 for 1 something llike that. and i got one for you as you seem pretty good, get a nuke with uav,counter uav, and nuke as your kill streaks. with a hand gun aswell. it can have a silencer on it if you please.

@fourhorn122 I've prestiged twice, and yes, if you prestige, you will lose all your kills and headshot kills with that weapon. Basically, if you go Barracks > Challenges > (everything here is lost when you prestige except prestige challenges) (those are glowing green letters) You WILL however, keep the titles and emblems when you enter prestige, so if you completed the "intervention mastery" challenge for example, you would keep the title earned, and can repeat the challenge for more exp.
Hi Mike, something I noticed about the gameplay. This is for 360 right? And you had frag grenades rather than semtex with scavenger. on the PS3, you can start with 1 frag nade just like the 360, but when you resupply from scavenger, you get 2 frag nades (as far as I am aware) on the PS3, but not on the 360.

@nikelback999 extended mags cus there is no way your miss with a bullet or do, ru7n out of mags and then die and mess up your 40-0 ffa.....uless you suck....
@nikelback999 Answer : SCAR-H with Extended Mags is good and so is the Silencer. 1.You can use Bling Pro and Have both or if you want Unlimited ammo ill go with Silencer, Because you wont be seen on radar and you would still have Scavenger Pro. It depends sometimes as well, if your playing Free for All you might want to go with the silencer, but if your playing a GB game i would use Extended Mags.
@nikelback999 i know this is not what u asked but i use to use the scar with silencer all the time but gave it up for the tar try it out well dont just try it use it a few day better ironsight and bigger clips
@nikelback999 silencer mate, if you want extra mags/ammo then use scavenger pro. thats awsome mate you get 120 in stead of fourty with the scar-h. hope this helps a year later lol

the other day i was playing a game with some of my buddies and we played a team that was all beginner players not even on there 1st prestige and it was brutal i think i went like 53-6 it was a fun game haha

@talkingmike I prefer the Famas over the M16 purely because it has a faster fire rate and all three bullets seem to hit the target more often; because the m16 fires slower when you're shooting a moving target not all three bullets hit meaning it could take 2-3 bursts to drop someone. hope i helped :) (don't know if onslaught has the same reasoning but ah well :P)
@ONS1AUGH7 here is an idea for a little series. i know how you like being informative on how to play each game mode and giving your team strategies and I love that, and maybe you could progress that onto giving a guide for the main game modes such as dom, dem, ctf and whatever you decide, and give a guide on how to play them on each map. I'm sure your current subscribers would love that and it would probably be a first on youtube and that would probably get you a lot more subscribers. Hmmm?

To pick up subscribers u need to fill you're video with commentary that isn't pointless(Which you don't do), comedy, and most of all try to involve the viewers as much as possible, because we like to be noticed. :)

Great game. Personally i like watching videos which basicly people pick off kids bum rushing you usually on salvage or underpass so i would like to see videos of that but maybe on hardcore mode as there arent many hardcore tdm or headquaters matches on youtube. A great way to get more people is to do some open lobies with some random people you have played against recently and tell them about your channel
Awesome game dude, the only advice i'd give for you is to try and get a dual commentary with one of the guys who've done really well on youtube and commentating on them for example, hutch, seaNanners or trumpf but keep up the good work and keep on raping woody !! Do Dual Commentary, and an All Star Free-for-all with all the commentators, Do more Domination tactics, because Groundwar is the 2nd most popular playlist next to SnD. I honestly never thought of Spawn Trap ppl outside on Domination, Cold Blooded had no defense
I really enjoyed when you paused the video to show what your team was doing. I know the chance may not come up all that often to do the same in every game but I found it very helpful. I play with a bunch of friends and ever since this video we haven't lost a game on underpass when playing dom. Thanks :)

Different strategies with different guns. People are always looking to try and complete challenges with guns they don't like....often without success.
Maybe pick out the less popular guns, choose the maps most suited to using it and a basic strategy for getting kills. Maybe do a "Guide to levelling up the ....".
I can hold my own with my fav weapons but give me a FAL, LMG or some others and I struggle.
1. His vids aren't all about look at me, I'm beast. They offer help to people.
2. He is articulate and hence I dont have to listen to someone mumble and sniff down the mic for 10 mins
From what you have shown to date you are doing the same as him so I think you just need to be patient. I think you should continue to put good quality out and what you enjoy making and it'll all be good in time

ny tips, don't be the one that must have many subscribers. Do strategies and setups like you are doing now, and people will like you. You don't have to have 50k subs tommorow do you?
I reckon you aren't picking up a lot of subs 'cause a fair bit of apathy has entered the community now about this game. What with constant OMA tubing and 99% of the player base camping, it's a bit stale now and I think you're feeling hte effects of that.
That said, I reckon your commentaries are top notch! I really dig the pausing you do, and the highlighting of different areas of cover and sight lines and so on. I've subbed! When Black Ops comes out hopefully you'll ge ta bunch of new subs!
Question for you...I have tried to find a place that goes over common names given to certain areas of maps so I can know how to refer to a building other than "that building over there". Any links, tips or suggestions on a place that would give good and common names in order for me to be able to better communicate to my teamates where someone is?
If you are wanting to get subs based on video content you are going about it the right way. I am a new subscriber and the handful of videos I have watched have been well put together and accompanied by great commentary. Also, you have contacts with people that already have good channels and a strong subscription base. I found your channel through Woody. Doing dual commentaries, having them add links to your channel, or just them giving you a shout out would be HUGE. Hope the feedback helps.
From what I've seen in the Youtube community, if you want to gain more subscribers you should just keep doing what you're doing. This video was really great and unique from a lot of other commentaries in the sense that you broke down certain situations and tactics that you use to win. I don't think there is some magic trick to gaining a ton of subscribers quickly so just be consistent with putting out videos and have patience, reaching 100k isn't an overnight thing.
Love the videos. I play with a smart group of guys and we're open to strategy. So we play with your setups and I have to say we rape underpass especially, and other maps now. Its alot more enjoyable not just with a team, but logically knowing what your doing. Look forward to more, thanks for the help.

... cont'd. I don't like commentary where people talk about their dogs or the movies they've seen. Who cares? I prefer commentary like yours which is on target and useful. There's no need for abrasive language. I like your commentaries, and have both subscribed to your channel and Liked your videos. I think that if you keep pumping out the quality videos, you'll get the subscribers. Though I don't know much about getting subscribers, I suspect that the keys might be consistency and uniqueness.

I don't really care too much about killer scores - I care more about interesting gameplay and commentary. I like gameplay from which I can learn something and apply it to my games - preferably gameplay where you use smarts to kill people instead of reflexes, because my reflexes are terrible. I like commentary that talks about the game, and what you're thinking and why you're doing what you're doing. Cont'd...
Totally agree. This kind of stuff is excellent. Sanbenjr did it when he was making MW2 vids, but no reason not to keep pointing this out. Excellent breakdown. :)
Another great video Mike. I think if you just keep going, the subs will come. You're putting out good content, with very good commentary imho. Possibly why you didn't pick up many subs from Woody's dual comm was that you didn't have a huge amount of content on your channel when people came over to have a look? But you're putting out plenty of new stuff, and it's all good too, so I'd say that you'll keep growing.
As a tip, I'd lean strongly on the tips side. A lot of people like learning from YouTube clips, and there aren't a huge amount of commentators that focus on that. Woody obviously. Geoff (sasbenjr) used to but is only putting out BFBC2 stuff now. A fresh face offering good advice, like on this video, will become popular.
Lastly, one thing that I never see from commentators is them showing where they went wrong. "learn from my mistakes" kind of stuff. Obviously a video full of fail will probably earn lots of hate, but if it's mixed up with stuff where you did right, then it could work.
Great video man! I subscribed to your channel because of your attitude and how you play. I wouldn't like you more if you started getting dubble-nukes, it's all about the kind of person you are and that I enjoy watching you play and talk about it. Keep the vids coming and toss in as much advice and tips as possible and you'll have me hooked for the long haul!
Another good video that I enjoyed greatly. Maybe you could get a larger subscriber base by posting a nuke without killstreaks or claymores? Or you could post a 100 kill game. Another option could be to try and get a top play and sent that in somewhere. I don't know really but whatever happens i'll be watching.
I think my advice would just be to keep posting the videos with generally good commentary. The reason I really appreciate you and woody is your clean and informative commentary. Thanks for the videos.

@CBell560 Our team was stacked with pretty much pure slayers so everyone was team firing and with the position he was playing the team as a whole was constantly shooting at the same guys. It's a sign of good teamwork.

@ONS1AUGH7 Hey, maybe it is a good idea to do a commentary with Woody and TmarTn. I am one of his subscribers and I really like him. He also has just a few subscribers. And you played with them both in this game so I suppose you know them pretty good. If you do this triple commentary it will be good for you and TmarTn.
First off great game. secondly I would say that when you did your dual comm with Woody you only had a few comm videos of MW2 on your channel so people didn't have a back log to watch and see what you were about. I would suggest getting a few more videos up and then trying another dual comm with someone like Woody again. Finally your commentary is good and you're in HD plus you have good contacts, try not to worry so much it will happen. p.s sorry for the essay.
@sportsareme Famas, M16, Scar, Fal, ...pretty much any AR. I'm not real big on the sub machine guns or light machine guns but I have been known to use the UMP some. I will snipe on rare occasions.
Why would you? I mean hell you can do good with the subs sometimes if you try hard and are almost a master with it but if you use an assault rifle in this game is outplays a sub in almost any situation besides very close range
Do a series of some sort with how you did the Sabotage thing, I found it actually quite entertaining watching you and a few of your friends playing a real Sabotage game correctly. Do at least one upload a week of gameplay if it's possible, and from a lot of commentators I hear that they just watch a video then press on a different tab to listen to the commentator give his/her commentary rather then the gameplay. You're a great commentator/game player keep it up!
Tip for getting subs...start some sort of controversy. It can be fake but don't let anyone in on it. For example, call out Wings of Redemption saying he is "no good, camping SOB." Then get Wings to make a response saying that you use "noob weapons/perks". Calamity ensues. Subscriber count escalates. Seriously, do a GB against NextGenTactics. Gunns and Woody are the best directors, IMO.
When you did the quick sabotage series with the Famas you caught my eye. Do more interesting videos like that and it'll be eye-candy to the viewers! Another great commentary with several unique tips!

Do more of the Gamebattles set-up style shit. Details like why you always want C flag and that little drawing with your teammates set-up positions were really good. I don't see stuff like that very often.

The kind of videos that I enjoy watching, are the ones where the weapon used, is a gun that I can't use myself. For example the M16, Famas, FAL, M21 Acog maybe?

It depends sometimes as well, if your playing Free for All you might want to go with the silencer, but if your playing a GB game i would use Extended Mags.

@talkingmike I prefer the Famas over the M16 purely because it has a faster fire rate and all three bullets seem to hit the target more often; because the m16 fires slower when you're shooting a moving target not all three bullets hit meaning it could take 2-3 bursts to drop someone. hope i helped :) (don't know if onslaught has the same reasoning but ah well :P)

@ONS1AUGH7 here is an idea for a little series. i know how you like being informative on how to play each game mode and giving your team strategies and I love that, and maybe you could progress that onto giving a guide for the main game modes such as dom, dem, ctf and whatever you decide, and give a guide on how to play them on each map. I'm sure your current subscribers would love that and it would probably be a first on youtube and that would probably get you a lot more subscribers. Hmmm?

Great game. Personally i like watching videos which basicly people pick off kids bum rushing you usually on salvage or underpass so i would like to see videos of that but maybe on hardcore mode as there arent many hardcore tdm or headquaters matches on youtube. A great way to get more people is to do some open lobies with some random people you have played against recently and tell them about your channel

I really enjoyed when you paused the video to show what your team was doing. I know the chance may not come up all that often to do the same in every game but I found it very helpful. Also....
Different strategies with different guns. People are always looking to try and complete challenges with guns they don't like....often without success.
Maybe pick out the less popular guns, choose the maps most suited to using it and a basic strategy for getting kills. Maybe do a "Guide to levelling up the ....".
I can hold my own with my fav weapons but give me a FAL, LMG or some others and I struggle.

2 main reasons why I think Woody is so popular.
1. His vids aren't all about look at me, I'm beast. They offer help to people.
2. He is articulate and hence I dont have to listen to someone mumble and sniff down the mic for 10 mins
From what you have shown to date you are doing the same as him so I think you just need to be patient. I think you should continue to put good quality out and what you enjoy making and it'll all be good in time

I reckon you aren't picking up a lot of subs 'cause a fair bit of apathy has entered the community now about this game. What with constant OMA tubing and 99% of the player base camping, it's a bit stale now and I think you're feeling hte effects of that.
That said, I reckon your commentaries are top notch! I really dig the pausing you do, and the highlighting of different areas of cover and sight lines and so on. I've subbed! When Black Ops comes out hopefully you'll ge ta bunch of new subs!

If you are wanting to get subs based on video content you are going about it the right way. I am a new subscriber and the handful of videos I have watched have been well put together and accompanied by great commentary. Also, you have contacts with people that already have good channels and a strong subscription base. I found your channel through Woody. Doing dual commentaries, having them add links to your channel, or just them giving you a shout out would be HUGE. Hope the feedback helps.

From what I've seen in the Youtube community, if you want to gain more subscribers you should just keep doing what you're doing. This video was really great and unique from a lot of other commentaries in the sense that you broke down certain situations and tactics that you use to win. I don't think there is some magic trick to gaining a ton of subscribers quickly so just be consistent with putting out videos and have patience, reaching 100k isn't an overnight thing.

Love the videos. I play with a smart group of guys and we're open to strategy. So we play with your setups and I have to say we rape underpass especially, and other maps now. There's no need for abrasive language. I like your commentaries, and have both subscribed to your channel and Liked your videos. I think that if you keep pumping out the quality videos, you'll get the subscribers. Though I don't know much about getting subscribers, I suspect that the keys might be consistency and uniqueness.

I don't know about getting subs, but I CAN tell you what I look for in videos.
I don't really care too much about killer scores - I care more about interesting gameplay and commentary. I like gameplay from which I can learn something and apply it to my games - preferably gameplay where you use smarts to kill people instead of reflexes, because my reflexes are terrible. I like commentary that talks about the game, and what you're thinking and why you're doing what you're doing. Cont'd...

Another great video Mike. I think if you just keep going, the subs will come. You're putting out good content, with very good commentary imho. Possibly why you didn't pick up many subs from Woody's dual comm was that you didn't have a huge amount of content on your channel when people came over to have a look? But you're putting out plenty of new stuff, and it's all good too, so I'd say that you'll keep growing.

As a tip, I'd lean strongly on the tips side. A lot of people like learning from YouTube clips, and there aren't a huge amount of commentators that focus on that. Woody obviously. Geoff (sasbenjr) used to but is only putting out BFBC2 stuff now. A fresh face offering good advice, like on this video, will become popular.

Lastly, one thing that I never see from commentators is them showing where they went wrong. "learn from my mistakes" kind of stuff. Obviously a video full of fail will probably earn lots of hate, but if it's mixed up with stuff where you did right, then it could work.

Another good video that I enjoyed greatly. Maybe you could get a larger subscriber base by posting a nuke without killstreaks or claymores? Or you could post a 100 kill game. Another option could be to try and get a top play and sent that in somewhere. I don't know really but whatever happens i'll be watching.

First off great game. secondly I would say that when you did your dual comm with Woody you only had a few comm videos of MW2 on your channel so people didn't have a back log to watch and see what you were about. I would suggest getting a few more videos up and then trying another dual comm with someone like Woody again. Finally your commentary is good and you're in HD plus you have good contacts, try not to worry so much it will happen. p.s sorry for the essay.

Do a series of some sort with how you did the Sabotage thing, I found it actually quite entertaining watching you and a few of your friends playing a real Sabotage game correctly. Do at least one upload a week of gameplay if it's possible, and from a lot of commentators I hear that they just watch a video then press on a different tab to listen to the commentator give his/her commentary rather then the gameplay. You're a great commentator/game player keep it up!

Tip for getting subs...start some sort of controversy. It can be fake but don't let anyone in on it. For example, call out Wings of Redemption saying he is "no good, camping SOB." Then get Wings to make a response saying that you use "noob weapons/perks". Calamity ensues. Subscriber count escalates. Seriously, do a GB against NextGenTactics. Gunns and Woody are the best directors, IMO.

The kind of videos that I enjoy watching, are the ones where the weapon used, is a gun that I can't use myself. For example the M16, Famas, FAL, M21 Acog maybe?
