@MrKkk999sss For Lion, It's MUCH more simple: Hold down the "R" key on your keyboard while booting up your mac. You will get into recovery mode. On the menubar, click "Utilities" and find the utility for restoring your password.

touch /var/db/.AppleSetupDone

shutdown -h now

then go back and just do option 1 ;)

I tried the second option and now when I boot up i get the screen asking me to select a language... once i do it takes me to the 'welcome, wilkommen, bienvenue' trailer, only i can't see the video/text all i get is a static desktop and the music... once the music stops i am left with an empty destop and no control panel. That process allows you to make a new admin, with that new admin you can change the password to the account you want to access, nothing gets erased from any accounts you had before, I tried this last night and I gotta tell you, THIS GUY IS A GENIUS!!
