I have had 2 sperm tests done, and both came back as zero sperm. Doctors told me they can try testicular surgery, but I dont think they will find any. Cand you give me some advice. Thank you

Hello, I have the same problem. I've seen specialists, and they told me my fsh is high. They can try testicular surgery, and see if they can find sperm, but I think they wont. 2 tests, both resulted in zero sperm. Can you give me some advice. Thank you :)
