Not possible. You can make guitar sounds but you will have to use guitar effects to get it sounding like that and mix so that you get more high and mid freq. Anybody can see that the clip with the Guitar isn't synced with the video....

they make everything on their own voice they dont use music or instruments at all everything is made with them own voice :) it is so cool in their concert and they are really funny too :) best song of them is "you're the voice" but there is not any videos of that song in youtube :(
