They have found in the bimini roads what looks like an ancient anchor. This leads them to believe that the bimin roads was a big docking point. My theory...start digging under the island and in the water where the road was found...im sure its all hidden.
dude, this ISN'T Atlantis. You see a line of paving slabs and think that Plato's mystery society has been found. Answer me this: If that is Atlantis, then where's the rest of it? Atlantis was made up of buildings, temples, and possibly pyramids, not a line of paving slabs..
While I agree that there is doubt that is Atlantis, have you seen taht show on History Channel "After people" if Atlantis went to war with Athens 10,000 BC and sank that night, it would now have been submerged for 12,000 years. Most of everything moden man has created would be unrecognizeable long before that. The only thing that they have shown that would be left of us is a carving of the Civil war on the worlds largest pecie of grantie outside Atlana, Ga.
In the 60s and 70s this spot was loaded with lobster, fish, etc etc, now its a wasteland, a few little fish here and there, mostly bullsharks at night. Bimini Road is an ancient port, not the road to Atlantis. There is a giant Treasure salvage ship right off north bimini as we speak, wonder what their finding:)
