Unfortunately, that can't be done. Not without much more knowledge of the game than we have at the moment.
There's a limit to six enemies of up to three different kinds in any one battle scene at the same time. Since Ruby has two tentacles and Emerald has four eyes, it would be impossible to fight them at the same time :-(
@KudistosMegistos I see. I was affraid of that. >.< Just like in Kingdom Hearts 2 where you can only hack so many bosses in with each other. Can Diamond be put with Ruby?
As far as I know there isn't a patch that let's you have more than 9999 HP on the PSX version (hopefully I'm wrong). Of course, someone (not me) with the right skills could make one...
If you have a PC version, google "9999 limit break patch" (I can't post URLs in comments). If the first result you see is from the qhimm forums, click on it and go to page 1 of the thread.
All of the other hacks in this video will work with the PS1 version, it's just a little easier to do with the PC version.
That's really some pretty heavy AI editing you got there ! You must have worked a lot to create this, KM.
As for me, I guess I might just concentrate on attack data and the like for now. 'cause if you explain to me how to do that, then I'd feel the urge to also edit the 200+ enemies' AI x_x
And in that case, my hack might only be completed in, what, 2048 ?
The dialogue editing isn't so hard; I copied and pasted quite a lot from gjoerulv's Locke, Venus and Theo fights. There's also a program somewhere that lets you convert normal text into FF7 text, designed for this kind if thing.
Someone needs to crossover CT and FF7.

It might be possible. Ruby's tentacles are identical, so it's only three different kinds of enemy in one scene and four different enemies in total.
However, since they're both rather "unusual" battles, there might be other complications. I'll have a look into it.
The same goes for Diamond and Ultimate.

I use a hex editor called HxD (google it; it's freeware ftw).
If you want to learn about FF7 modding, go to the qhimm(.)com forums and wiki (lurk for a while before making any posts).

It's a hack. You can't do it in the normal game (but you can paralyse him if you use dazers).
