The hulk was originaly grey instead of green. They changed it for the second issue then recently they re-did the first one with him green instead of grey. They wanted him to not have any spacific ethnicity.

Too bad they couldn't show everything else that happened early on in the series.Like when banner gained the hulks physical strength and had to wear a hulk mask or when ricky could control him. They didn't go too in depth on the night/day changes that transformed him early in the series, he would lock him self behind a vault door and under the pressure of the ocean in order to contain himself until morning.

That's wrong. Banner wasn't under-control of the Hulk when he helped found the Avengers, Hulk was a lot smarter back then and spoke much better than just the "Hulk Smash" and "Hulk Bash" kind of speech he's been given today.

This might be based on bulletproof vests and such. They are impervious to regular ballistics, but something that causes pinpoint damage like a needle can still slip through them. I'd assume Hulk's skin has similar properties or something.

I don't know what makes the Hulk so popular. There's no real advancement for the character. He turns big, green, and pissy, while his brain changes from scientist-smart to street thug-stupid. And that's all the Hulk will ever be.
That ain't even all the Hulk ever WAS. Right in this video, we know that the Hulk was reasonably intelligent both when he first appeared and when he helped form the Avengers. Oh, and he was originally gray, not green.
You should read the Peter David run sometime. It arguably made Image Comics possible. The Hulk was SO popular under Mr. David's writing that Marvel, thinking that the popularity HAD to be the artists' doing, made them superstars.

i know a good dbz challenge for the incredible hulk of the real movie, I bet hulk vs kid goku would be an even match. Goku was strong enough toi throw a tank and bullets did no bullets could penetrate his skin each, but if goku used a kamehameha, hulk would be finished.

Goku's kamehameha during the time he trained at kame's would be strong enough to effect the hulk, maybee not kill him because I know how strong hulk was but goku's strength is comparable to the hulks like I said during his time he trained at kame's lookout. HIs punches and so forth would be more than enough to effect the hulk. Bullets wont hurt hulk but I assure you kid goku could but it would be close.
The Hulk, when calm, can press nearly 100 tons. When enraged, it goes up from there drastically.
Kid Goku, when we first met him, lifted a very small car (from a Capsule®) occupied by one petite teenaged girl (Bulma) over his head, and needed both hands to do it (though perhaps more for balance than power). That'd be barely one ton, if that.
Later, under Roshi's training, he shoved but did not lift a huge bolder that looked to be maybe ten tons. Spider-Man can PRESS ten tons.
Later, when he busted right through Demon King Piccolo's chest, he might've been at Spider-Man level, but I wouldn't put him at calm Hulk level until at least after his training with King Kai (though without needing to resort to Kaio-Ken unless the Hulk was a bit more than mildly peeved).
To take on an enraged Hulk using sheer physical prowess (no energy blasts), he'd have to be at least about where he was when he fought Vegita the first time, if not when he fought the Ginyu Force.

The Hulk went from his original gray form that could maybe press 30-50 tons to the classic green "Hulk SMASH!" form that could press 75 tons when calm and got stronger when he got angrier, to the Merged form that combined the strength of both green and gray plus Banner's insignificant strength but very significant mind. During World War Hulk, he was angrier and thus stronger than he'd ever been (and with good reason). His evil future "Mæstro" self is said to be the strongest of all.
wow spiderman 50x stronger than the hulk, thats getting carried away quite a bit, not by you but whoever came up with that. At least in DB, DBZ, and DBGT goku gradually got stronger and earned his strength through training.
Now heres one that really gets to me. Superman vs goku. One video depicts superman being a challenge to a fused goku and vegeta at SS5 which is retarded. I would put supermans strength next to Goku when he started his battle with freiza, not even when he powered up.

Anything from Krypton (except Kryptonite) touched by a yellow sun became as indestructible as him, meaning that one could hypothetically wrap Tsar Bomba (Google/Wiki it) in a single layer of sopping-wet one-ply Kryptonian toilet paper, detonate it, and you could stand right beside it without harm. Total containment.

Hulk in terms of physical strength is stronger than any super hero in any comic series, this was confirmed when Infinity said that "Hulk's power knows no finite bounds"
World war Hulk was the strongest incarnation as said by the writers, and proven because he did beat every super hero and only gave up because he let himself be beat.

Im mainly familliar with the characters from the movies particularly the newer movies that being "Hulk" and Superman Returns". Honestly I would love to see a Goku vs Hulk movie. Because the truth is, and I will go out on a limb and say this, is it would be an even match, And I mean Goku SS4! lol. The reasoning is that even though Goku is strong enough to probably destroy all existence, Hulk is technically stronger, as while Goku has a set power level, Hulks is INFINITE. Superman, he also has unlimited adaptability, which is shown when he has grown gills to breath under water. Hulk would give Goku a good fight, think of it as a fight with Garlic junior, but he has unlimited power and no death zone to trap himself in.

I dunno. I mean, Supes has two BIG weaknesses: the obvious is Kryptonite, but he's also weak against magic. I saw this awesome episode of some Justice League cartoon in which Superman and Captain Marvel got into this all-out brawl.
Marvel grabbed Supes from behind and bent back, lifting him up some. He started shouting "Shazam", causing the magic energy that transforms him to come down and nail Superman over and over. In my opinion we just never see Supes' weaknesses as often as we should.
The episode you saw was from the outstanding series "Justice League Unlimited," the last of the spinoffs of the great "Batman: The Animated Series" from the early 1990s, that established what fans still call THE "DCAU" (DC Animated Universe).

Doomsday did not kill Superman, he died from the fight though, but not really. Superman gets rejuvinated by the son, even when he appears dead. Besides, Superman alreay killed the hulk in a what if series, made a mountain his final resting place.
The what if series does not count as it was done by fans. I would compare superman to thor in power and everything else, and not only did Hulk basically kill Thor in the vs movie(temporarily at least) but he beat every god in Asgaard as well.
Superman could never defeat Hulk as he has not only been defeated by Doomsday, Amazo, but Darksied and Darksied Braniac powered.
To prove how strong Hulk truly is take this into account, Thanos. Thanos who became god feared Hulk and said so during his...
fight with the power crystal infused Champion. He didn't directly say "I fear Hulk" but he fealt that champion could kill him and likened it to "This is what it would be like to encounter the Hulk, A battle which I have always Avoided" or something along those lines.
Even though Thanos became all powerful and should have been able to blank Hulk out of existence he still feared him, maybe Hulk's power is simply that great as referred to by Infinity.
"What If?" is NOT fanfic. It's a legitimate series by Marvel Comics, that tells of events that allegedly happen in "other universes" or timelines, due to a choice being made differently. In the first two series, it was narrated by Uatu the Watcher.
Some of those alternate universe and timelines from the What If? stories have since appeared again in other Marvel comics, and even had impacts on mainstream "Earth-616" Marvel continuity.

No I havent read all of the hulk comics. The strength displayed in the 2 newer hulk movies is what I was comparing and ya, kid goku from the king piccolo saga would be a challenge to the movie version. IDK about the comics you are referring to but to go as far as saying he is unkilable is being a bit biased. He may have been seemingly invincible agianst other comic superheros but Goku is in a whole nother league of strength speed and power. Ide say goku from ginyu saga would beat comic hulk.
Well Hulk smashed wolverine to dust in one comic and Wolverine was able to regenerate, Hulk has the same powers. He was eaten alive by thousands of monsters at one time and yet was able to regenerate and kill them all.
while goku could probably blast hulk to ashes, at first, he would adapt and his power would increase, making the battle evenly matched, although if the fight were to start with just fists hulk would already get strong enough where a Kamehameha would do little to nothing, and
well it would depend on when hulk would fight goku. Hulk is sounding like some tuff brute but in terms of speed goku could dodge lightning when he was a kid so adult goku would be enarly impossible to touch unless there is some comic that depicts hulk as being that fast. You need to catch your opponant to beat him so hopefully hulk has been given some superspeed ability or else how can he beat what he cant touch.
Lol actually Hulk does have super speed, his legs are so strong he can move extremly fast, and at some points he has been able to fly as well. though i doubt hed be as fast as goku so ide figure hed hit him when goku attacks Hulk. Too bad they couldn't show everything else that happened early on in the series.Like when banner gained the hulks physical strength and had to wear a hulk mask or when ricky could control him. They didn't go too in depth on the night/day changes that transformed him early in the series, he would lock him self behind a vault door and under the pressure of the ocean in order to contain himself until morning.

this really annoys me! banners childhood was responsible for his emotions turning him into the hulk. banners father was alays drunk and usually beated banner and his wife and one day accidently killed her. hile visiting his mothers grave, banner hit his father once inself-defence and made him slip on a grave and kill himself. banner surpressed his anger untill the hulk made his anger come out. This might be based on bulletproof vests and such. They are impervious to regular ballistics, but something that causes pinpoint damage like a needle can still slip through them. I'd assume Hulk's skin has similar properties or something.

I don't know what makes the Hulk so popular. There's no real advancement for the character. He turns big, green, and pissy, while his brain changes from scientist-smart to street thug-stupid. And that's all the Hulk will ever be.

That ain't even all the Hulk ever WAS. Right in this video, we know that the Hulk was reasonably intelligent both when he first appeared and when he helped form the Avengers. Oh, and he was originally gray, not green.
You should read the Peter David run sometime. It arguably made Image Comics possible. The Hulk was SO popular under Mr. David's writing that Marvel, thinking that the popularity HAD to be the artists' doing, made them superstars.

Goku's kamehameha during the time he trained at kame's would be strong enough to effect the hulk, maybee not kill him because I know how strong hulk was but goku's strength is comparable to the hulks like I said during his time he trained at kame's lookout. HIs punches and so forth would be more than enough to effect the hulk. Bullets wont hurt hulk but I assure you kid goku could but it would be close.

The Hulk, when calm, can press nearly 100 tons. When enraged, it goes up from there drastically.
Kid Goku, when we first met him, lifted a very small car (from a Capsule®) occupied by one petite teenaged girl (Bulma) over his head, and needed both hands to do it (though perhaps more for balance than power). That'd be barely one ton, if that.
Later, under Roshi's training, he shoved but did not lift a huge bolder that looked to be maybe ten tons. Spider-Man can PRESS ten tons.

Later, when he busted right through Demon King Piccolo's chest, he might've been at Spider-Man level, but I wouldn't put him at calm Hulk level until at least after his training with King Kai (though without needing to resort to Kaio-Ken unless the Hulk was a bit more than mildly peeved).
To take on an enraged Hulk using sheer physical prowess (no energy blasts), he'd have to be at least about where he was when he fought Vegita the first time, if not when he fought the Ginyu Force.

Remember, all of these characters have varied widely in portrayed strength.
Goku went from barely able to lift a Capsule® car with a waif of a girl inside to SSJ4, hypothetically capable of destroying a galaxy.
Spider-Man had a considerable boost in power recently, though that may've been undone by One More / Brand New Day. Also, remember when he got cosmic powers that multiplied his strength 50-fold (plus gave him additional powers)? He was five times stronger than the Hulk then!

The Hulk went from his original gray form that could maybe press 30-50 tons to the classic green "Hulk SMASH!" form that could press 75 tons when calm and got stronger when he got angrier, to the Merged form that combined the strength of both green and gray plus Banner's insignificant strength but very significant mind. During World War Hulk, he was angrier and thus stronger than he'd ever been (and with good reason). His evil future "Mæstro" self is said to be the strongest of all.

wow spiderman 50x stronger than the hulk, thats getting carried away quite a bit, not by you but whoever came up with that. At least in DB, DBZ, and DBGT goku gradually got stronger and earned his strength through training.
Now heres one that really gets to me. Superman vs goku. One video depicts superman being a challenge to a fused goku and vegeta at SS5 which is retarded. I would put supermans strength next to Goku when he started his battle with freiza, not even when he powered up.

Superman also varies wildly. When he was first published in 1938, he couldn't even fly. He could only "leap tall buildings at a single bound" (1/8th of a mile). He wasn't completely invulnerable, either. "Nothing less than a bursting shell could penetrate his skin!"
That version later became the Earth-two Superman in the comics ("Earth-two" became DC's place to relegate the Golden Age heroes so as not to conflict with the then-new Silver Age ones).

On the other end of the scale, the Silver Age Superman, especially during the Weisinger era, was ridiculously powerful. He could juggle the moons of Jupiter. Anything from Krypton (except Kryptonite) touched by a yellow sun became as indestructible as him, meaning that one could hypothetically wrap Tsar Bomba (Google/Wiki it) in a single layer of sopping-wet one-ply Kryptonian toilet paper, detonate it, and you could stand right beside it without harm. Hulk in terms of physical strength is stronger than any super hero in any comic series, this was confirmed when Infinity said that "Hulk's power knows no finite bounds"
World war Hulk was the strongest incarnation as said by the writers, and proven because he did beat every super hero and only gave up because he let himself be beat.

Superman, he also has unlimited adaptability, which is shown when he has grown gills to breath under water. Hulk would give Goku a good fight, think of it as a fight with Garlic junior, but he has unlimited power and no death zone to trap himself in.

I dunno. I mean, Supes has two BIG weaknesses: the obvious is Kryptonite, but he's also weak against magic. I saw this awesome episode of some Justice League cartoon in which Superman and Captain Marvel got into this all-out brawl.
Marvel grabbed Supes from behind and bent back, lifting him up some. He started shouting "Shazam", causing the magic energy that transforms him to come down and nail Superman over and over. In my opinion we just never see Supes' weaknesses as often as we should.

The what if series does not count as it was done by fans. I would compare superman to thor in power and everything else, and not only did Hulk basically kill Thor in the vs movie(temporarily at least) but he beat every god in Asgaard as well.

"What If?" is NOT fanfic. It's a legitimate series by Marvel Comics, that tells of events that allegedly happen in "other universes" or timelines, due to a choice being made differently. In the first two series, it was narrated by Uatu the Watcher.
Some of those alternate universe and timelines from the What If? stories have since appeared again in other Marvel comics, and even had impacts on mainstream "Earth-616" Marvel continuity.

The strength displayed in the 2 newer hulk movies is what I was comparing and ya, kid goku from the king piccolo saga would be a challenge to the movie version. Well Hulk smashed wolverine to dust in one comic and Wolverine was able to regenerate, Hulk has the same powers. He was eaten alive by thousands of monsters at one time and yet was able to regenerate and kill them all.
while goku could probably blast hulk to ashes, at first, he would adapt and his power would increase, making the battle evenly matched, although if the fight were to start with just fists hulk would already get strong enough where a Kamehameha would do little to nothing, and

well it would depend on when hulk would fight goku. Hulk is sounding like some tuff brute but in terms of speed goku could dodge lightning when he was a kid so adult goku would be enarly impossible to touch unless there is some comic that depicts hulk as being that fast. You need to catch your opponant to beat him so hopefully hulk has been given some superspeed ability or else how can he beat what he cant touch.

Lol actually Hulk does have super speed, his legs are so strong he can move extremly fast, and at some points he has been able to fly as well. though i doubt hed be as fast as goku so ide figure hed hit him when goku attacks Hulk. Or when he is dumping a lot of energy into a blast and hulk pushes his way up to goku and hits him.
Still Goku would beat Hulk in the end either way, I just think it would be an awesome fight, like if Hulk somehow gained energy manipulation abilities like in db lol

interesting. what do you think of that scenario where another youtube video depicts superman as strong as a fused SS5 goku and vegeta? I think that was a hard core superman fan who wishes his fav superhero was that strong. If vegeta in the beginning of the sayian saga could blow up a planet, then I highly doubt superman comes close to a SS5 let alone a fused SS5 goku and vegeta. Superman has the speed of a reg supersayian but strength wise idk. Fighting skills goku all the way lol.

Goku could kill superman, easily. but Hulks power in infinite and he has the healing power of wolverine. He would overpower gojeta ss5. and It would be nearly impossible to kill him. I see it ending by Hulk being thrown into the sun and being stuck there forever or somehow being turned back into banner by a spirit bomb like goku does to everyone.
