  • Thank you so much for this. I've been making almond milk for ages, but I'm so glad I watched your video - I learned a LOT! I never knew brazil nuts don't have to be soaked. I did not know the BlendTec can blend a whole vanilla pod. I love the idea of sweetening the milk with dates. And what a great tip to FREEZE the pulp! I use the pulp to make a savory mash that I use instead of rice for raw nori rolls. Just mix the pulp with some lemon juice, garlic, nama shoyu. Thanks again!
