It's part of the song "The Interview" like the very end of the song, I think thats when Davey and Jade said that they wanted to create an intro and the rest of AFI agreed and so they did and they put it to the end of the song "The Interview" so then it became the intro to "Love Like Winter"

Hm i think those quick random pictures had to do with that Clandestine or Charlotte/337 mystery thing that lead to these secret shows by AFI that happened a few years ago. On this website i was reading, it explained that some of many clues were videos of Davey's head is wraped in bandages 0:33, Hunter &the apple 0:49, Jade writing something 0:43, etc. So I'm guessing these are just pictures from the clues :P That whole mystery seemed so complicared even by reading about it
