The journalist guy (Arthur) says "That's me!" because he completely identifies with Brian's unrestrained and unashamed view of sexuality. Arthur's gay, and Brian Slade helps him express that.

But I love this clip because Johnny is such a perfect rockstar and Toni is perfect as his wife....and very obvious he snatched that pretty little glowing pin from Bryan Ferry. "Slade" sums up what he's doine quite well in this scene, I love the quote "rock&roll is a prostitute it should be tarted up.....while I in my chiffon and taff varda the message" - Breathtaking Jonathan performance....as always!
