  • *facepalm*

  • I bought this guitar and I have no idea about guitars

where is the tremo arm place ?

  • @sonymetallica1 It's a fixed bridge! A trem can't be fitted!

  • your tutor sure is good xD

P.S: im gonna buy this guitar by christmas

  • This guitar seems to be made for shredders/metalheads, am I right? :D

  • @nekku19 It does indeed suit Metal players very well. :)

  • LOL at the begining of the video you look like devil gilmour:P

  • smack my ass and call me Judy this dude can play!!!

  • is this guitar good ? i will buy it tomorrow =)

it looks like its very good =)

  • Yeah, it's a great guitar for the price. I don't think anyone could buy one and regret it.

  • @NoisyPC good to hear, im saving my money for an ibanez and this one is on my top of the list=)

  • @NoisyPC

    this guitar needs a battery???

  • @NoisyPC I wasn't totally satisfied with the pickups in mine. There was a strange whistling coming from them (different to the squeal/whistle of feedback). It was neither the cable or the amplifier so this leads me to believe that it was indeed the pickup. Other than that, the quality of the guitar is just amazing for the price. Pickups can easily be changed. :)

  • @joachimekstrom

A guitar always looks good when the guitarist is.

  • @dominolabel you just answered on a 11 months old comment, ive gotten that guitar for almost a year now.,

  • what string gauge does it come with out of the box?

  • 10/46 gauge D'adarios.

  • oh ok. because some sources say that they are shipped with 9-42s, and I read in the ibanez guitar manuals that they come out with 9-42s.

    quite confusing

    thanks for the info!

  • I noticed you asked this question on viscolex's review, a month ago. But no biggie. They're definately 10/46. I actually have 13/56 Earnie Balls on it now. I wouldn't rely too much on the guitar manual either. The manual that came with my RGR321EX had no relevant information regarding that specific model, except for info on the string-thru body.

WIth the manuals, they just have to generalise. I suspect something like an RG350DX would come with 9/42's, as it's more of an all rounder.

  • is the LINE6 SPIDER III 15 good for metal?

  • for practising in your house it is

for live playing/band rehearsal no...it's too small. It plays loud but the drums will put the sound of your guitar away.

But I have it and I recommend it a lot!

  • thanks for the help man

  • y'welcome mate, any other question you want about Spider III 15 ask me... ;)

Nowadays compared to the shit that is around (Crate, Roland Cube, etc.) Spider III and Orange Crush are the best choices you have for a 15w amp to play metal (Not to mention Randall that are really expensive and the really overrated and overpriced Marshalls)

  • Ugh I hate this guys playing style!

Theres nothing impressive about super distorted fretwanking, it sounds shit :P

Although I know its just an improv, he goes in and out of the sections on really horrible notes lol

    I hope you've got a new tutor now ;]

    Peace out kids.

    x

  • @JamStroodle lol you dick, bet you've played rock band a few times and think you know.

  • what pickups are on that?

  • EMG designed infinity 1 and infinity 2.

  • thats a lie ibanez made them in the style of emg not designed by emg its the same as dimarzio/ibz

  • hey, im just going by what i read

  • cool thanks

  • yay great price! does it do good for metal? and not just shredding?

  • All depends on your setup I've heard but yes it is designed to be a metal guitar.

  • Yes totallycorrect i got a blues tone outer mine.

  • Holy shit! - Max

  • That's my ex-tutor. I have a better one now!

  • Wow nice shred!

  • don't wanna be rude but your tutor is not a good guitar player...

  • Knew someone would have to say tht!

  • do you get any fret buzz when you play this guitar?

  • No, none.

  • every guitar gets fret buzz if you hit the strings hard enough. Any guitar with a relatively straight neck can be setup incredibly well if you want to spend the money for fret work.

  • of course im for metal and rock!

  • what do you think about this guitar?i wanna buy it,just wanna hear opinion..

  • For the price, it's a great guitar. I'm only learning at the moment, and it's very beginner friendly. When you progress it will progress with you, and the quality will flatter you. It has a great sound, great look and a great price! Go for it, you won't regret it. Very versatile too, but don't be looking for a 'glassy' tone. It's a metal and rock axe.

  • Yeah I have to say the same.

Howtho in my opinion it sounds rock more than metal lol, those passive emg wannabe humbuckers really aint got tone at all, howtho their harmonics sound absolutly awsome!

    And the price, damnnnnnn

  • i have the same guitar is awesome.

  • nice guitar bro.. regards

  • buy a hagstrom guitar

  • Okay, will do.

  • I will buy Line 6 Spider III 30watt for this guitar.Cant wait to ROCK!

  • Actually it may be either a cube 20 or 30. I know it's not a cube 15.

  • What amp you use?

  • A Roland Cube 25.

  • wow i bet he could teach me some stuff lol. Hes off the hook
