No. There's a total of 120 Stars in the original Super Mario 64 for the Nintendo 64. If you collect all of them, the cannon opens up in front of the castle allowing you to be shot on top of the castle where Yoshi is waiting to talk to you, you can max out your 1-ups, and Bowser says something different when you beat him for the final time in the Sky.

Ya, except that attack only makes 2 waves, and the 2nd one usually fades away before it can make contact. Bowser's Galaxy attack makes different amount of waves depending on how many hits he's taken.

You don't unlock Wario in this level,(you need Luigi) to unlock him you have to go to the level with the Giant and Small Goomba Level and The Picture of a spider and pictures from the first level there's two doors with a star and no numbers on them try each of them one of the door your looking for doesn't have a Goomba picture go to the one without the Goomba, and get the flower, go through the mirror, and jump into the picture with Wario. Defeat the boss and you get Wario!
