I actually like Dallas a lot more in Maylene. Olddd Underoath was like.. almost black metal sometimes. It's not very organized, and very drawn out and repetitive. I don't see why people liked it so much. It's not bad. But they are better now. Their old recordings sucked, so that alone made them not that awesome. I can't stand shitty recordings like they had. But the more they released the better they got. Basically, they're better now than they've ever been. Which isn't that good anyway.

Dallas Taylor, their original singer, left for MATSOD, Maylene and the Sons of Disaster, after their third album, which is where Spencer Chamberlain came in, he's been there ever since. The 2nd to next longest standing member is their keyboard player.
