lol thanks i have my reg. and state video up of this performance the reg. one is bad but the state one is good....lol but don't be scared!! Once you do it the first time it get easier lol

don't be afraid of your rifle ist going to hit you and it will hurt the first time and the next few and more but eventualy it doesn't hurt as bad lol!! you don't care about it anymore haha!!

the part where you do the horizontal toss then do a back roll and catch is beautiful...im very jealous cuz i cant do a back roll and i want to be able to do it.

lol thanks I'm up loading the performance of this now...I missed it! i get it 8/10 times and one of the 2 times i don't get it had to be when i was performing...lol

Wow... You technique has gotten better in this past year. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I know this was a "bad run" (even though it was a good run...lol) Just watch the body both while spinning and win you break off into a dance section. Just make sure you fully extend legs on a soute' 1:41 Also your tosses are beautiful. Just make sure that you don't over prep dips & your catch is solid. you dont catch a little under 1:27 & 2:15. GREAT JOB... Cant wait to see the final product.
