japan is a very safe country and this bill wont make it any safer its just going to put much harder strain on MANY business owners. the bill will create a smaller market for studios to pitch to, more hurdles for the major studios, causing less taxes for gov, smaller studios will bail out, less jobs available making the economy worse etc
