Well I no SA is better than GTA 4 cos u can fly planes and all that. If they were to that on GTA 4 they will have to use a 10-20G CD. a CD can only take up to 10G so to put graphic detail on planes and damage detail it's going to take up more than a 10G so they had to shorten the features and gameplay and put more graphics on the game to make it real life.
