How do you learn that stuff? I have never been in gymnastics or any other sort of aerobics stuff and I'm not very flexible but I am trying learn this stuff. I've been stretching a lot and taught myself the front flip in like two days but I still can't do a back flip or any handsprings. any tips.

Same here. Whenever I try an backflip I bail out cause I'm scared I'm gonna snap my neck, but end up landing on my back. I can do a front flip just fine. It makes me mad...

Uncle Breast,  parkour and freerunning are not the same. Parkour is going from point A to point B as quickly and efficiently as possible. Freerunning includes fancy movements that parkour doesnt - adding tricks like gainers, sideflips, etc.

Hey man , I just taught myself. We started with just parkour (vaults and jumps off and over stuff) then we practiced flips on a friends trampoline and a few old mattresses :)
