I just ordered a hayabusa from yoyoguy, do they come the rods sticking out of the yo yo or was that a mod?

they are not "rods" lol

they are called hubstacks

and at yoyoguy [ go to yoyonatio better site]

at yoyoguy they sell a hubstack modding kit for about 20 $

but to get long hubstacks[ shown in video] you must buy toptips and longstacks i think 5-10 $
