I have nothing against the modern Chargers, and I like them allot... But, is it just me, or do the Chargers have a way to low redline? Doesn't ever really sound likes it's revving up.
@The07ChargerRT The 2012 redlines at 6,200RPM. However, (probably due to the stock exhaust) the car only sounds like it's hitting about 3,500RPM before it redlines. While the '69 Chargers would redline right around 6,500RPM, and would sound like it was redlining at 6,500RPM.
hey guys i have a question and id greatly appreciate it if you responded. i am not too mechanically inclined fyi. anyways in about 4 months im getting a 2007 daytona rt 5.7 hemi fully loaded plum crazy charger. all it has under the hood other than factory upgrades is a kn air intake. anyways my question is what is the best way to add hp and get it faster while not spending a fortune?
@orange70383 I agree, its easy to compare cars on paper, but how many are driving on the street? if people drove what they claimed on the internet it would be completely different
