While my body did not feel the quake, my heart is forever shaken by this horrible tragedy.

It's crucial a relief fund is set up as soon as possible to help alleviate the damages caused. I might venture out later today to see if my local Tim Hortons is still standing. Fingers crossed!

@5678hotstuff Just because he didn't feel the Earthquake, it doesn't make him a nerd. Some people just don't feel them. I've talked to friends within 5km of the epicenter and some of them felt nothing. It doesn't make you stupid or nerdy to not feel it.. Get off your high horse there.

Toronto is actually south-west of Ottawa. The farthest north it was felt was Montreal, where I am, and there was hardly any shaking up here whatsoever. The commuter train lines are down anyways though.

I live about 2 hours west of Toronto in Ingersoll, and there's construction either side of my house. I didn't feel anything that I'm aware of, but if I did, I would have assumed it was construction and digging.
