Seems like to me the operator was a poor dj and ride operator. I think he should have just stuck to operating the ride.This ride is definately one of the best rides I have ever rode.

The local site council HAS to pass the ride off with an independent rides and attractions authority before any usage can commence. Always check the operators box for an in-date ADIPS sticker.

As an ex travelling funfair worker i can assure you that the travelling rides are safer than you think they have to have the same safety certificates as theme parks or if they dont they wont be allowed to operate. The ride does not have to be full to operate but evenly balanced out.

The ride op handled it well, got you guys down as quickly as possible. He seemed generally caring stopping the car from swining too.. That's a hard job, I've had to stop cars like that swinging too, lol.. Ah amusement park life.. Hope everyone recovered alright!

im a english ride owner and was visiting family at this event when the so called "Accident" happend. What caused the ride to slow was the main rotating drive motor failed, and because of that the centrifugal force holding the cars out was reduced so the cars come to the heed of gravity, and hit against the rubber stoppers put in place just incase such a event actually happend but they DID NOT CRASH AGAINST THE FRAME and thats what caused the cars to stop swinging so abruptly

Well of course they are trying to make a few quid,otherwise they could not afford to stay in business,contrary to popular belief fairgrounds are not all run by pikeys,many do have homes and mortgages to pay for,and many employ local casual labour to help with erecting the rides and day to day running.

Well of course they are trying to make a few quid,otherwise they could not afford to stay in business,contrary to popular belief fairgrounds are not all run by pikeys,many do have homes and mortgages to pay for,and many employ local casual labour to help with erecting the rides and day to day running.

I once went on a ride that made my ass over the bar or "protective hand railing" that's right I'm almost got flung over by stupid carnival rides people it's NOT NORMAL to be in danger idiots!

Its a fairground ride,people get thrown about,they scream,they shout they cry,they laugh,they throw up!!! Infact peole get bashed and bruised on fairground rides.show me somebody who has not got bruises from going on the Waltzer or the Cyclone Twister,ITS NORMAL!!!!! i regularly used to bang heads with mates on rides whats wrong with you all???? If you are that much of a big soft cissy then stay at home with mummy making fairy cakes,the real world is obviously too much for you.
