Arrigo Pola's recording is not available commercially but a few E. Rivera and Lilia Reyes' recording has been re-released by a recording company and you can find them being sold at Malls in Manila.

No I don't. If you are in Manila you can buy republished recordings of Ruben Tagalog in the major shopping Malls but the audio quality is not good compared to the original vinyl recording which is no longer available commercially.
