sonic 06 was bad for glitches and storyline,secret ring because you cant run fast in beginning,and controls,I also didnt think 06 or secret rings was THAT bad,i mean they were both playable enough to beat them

It's unfortunate that after SA2 they slowly got more and more childish, with the exception of Shadow the Hedgehog which was the least corny of the "new" games.

A game about a talking blue hedgehog that runs fast, that fights an obese crazy scientist together with his fox friend who can fly and all other kinds of animal partners.

I am surprised that the game series had moments where it actually took itself very seriously.

What I'm saying is that, considering that it is for kids, it's always been pretty cool. This is just one of those moments where it gets really corny and it's been slowly getting for a younger and younger demographic it seems. It was always mainly for kids 8-10 but recently it's seeming more for kids 6-9.
