@michielwillemse Are you sure it was at the Salle Pleyel. I have a very "snowy" tape of that concert, and the titles at the end of the tape seem to indicate the concert was in Canada? It is mind blowing to hear the three of them playing to gether. I recently ask Bolling about that concert and he could not give me many details. He told me contact his secretary - whom I am trying to contact. This tape I have chasing for years!!!
