On Windows Movie Maker, you can't change the pitch of voice, I just selected the clip and added the 2x speed effect and it didn't raise the pitch of voice.
I'd think if you're using Adobe Premier, you could speed up the clip and deepen the voice.

I use windows movie maker, but when you do the 2x speed, it makes their voices higher
