  • Do you think they saw us this time?

  • AAAAABBSOLUTELY LOVE THIS! It makes me so happy and makes me jump on my feet! LOVE YOU JOHNNY M!!!!! XXXXX (and there's thousands of others out there who agree!!)

  • This sounds like all the bands I like mixed into one gorgeous song

  • @Nessbenj You like shitty bands.

  • See that? No dislikes. That's because each time someone tries to press the dislike button, the epicness of this song causes them to burst into flamed and die.

Ok that was bad. But it's probably true anyway :D

  • Bring up "Love Less" by New Order. This sounds like an instrumental of it!

  • @djmcintyre2360 yeah it does, actually!

  • Does anyone have an mp3 of this they can send me? I love this song, its so mellowing

  • Get In... I found it!! A.M 180 it's called. I knew it was in this film.

  • @JamaicanGingerCake This isnt AM 180. AM 180 played when they were in the grocery store scene.

  • @Assassin1922 No, I know this isn't AM 180. I was looking for AM 180, and found it. I didn't know what it was called at the time so asked people on this video... but I found it minutes after posting my 1st message. Thanks anyway though.

  • @JamaicanGingerCake Oh...sorry didnt see that comment :)

  • @Assassin1922 No problem :) . I'm glad you replied because it brought me back to this video. I love this tune.

  • I hate when I have a tune in my head but dont know what it is... I'm sure it was in this film... or a film similar to this one. It sounds a little bit like the style of an 80's video game tune, it's up beat and just the same 4 bars over and over i think. Any help would be much appreciated... I know it's not a lot to go on but it's doing my nut in. IVE GOT IT IN MY HEAD!!! AaaaRRRggGG!!!!

  • Who has ever seen such an amazing music piece for a horror movie ending?

  • i was expecting something a bit sadder. this shocked me when i saw end of film

  • What I love mostly about this song is how it makes me think of the early 90's, even if I was only a child at the time. For some reason I can imagine Robert Smith of The Cure singing words over this. Guess it reminds me a lot of "Friday I'm in Love". That or "Dreams" by The Cranberries.

  • the end and end credits sorda work as one song for yall think its too short

  • no more infecteds, naw iam free and i want a sandwich

  • 28 Days Later is the best movie and soundtracks ever

  • funny when the flyjet radio chatter said to the military "could you please send a helicopter" in finnish!! its funny because im a finn too.... uhh we had our confuses when we saw the movie with friends.

  • I find it strange yet interesting that all these wonderful pieces of music seem to be no longer than 2 minutes.

  • Some people are saying that this theme is also used in Highschool of the Dead, a zombie-ecchi recent anime, try looking the name of the song there.

  • @doarner its not that one i think. i think it's the theme that plays like near the end.

  • i love it

  • 28 Days Later = Best Horror Movie IMO

  • I love this song! (:

  • soo glad 28 days later ended with a hopeful message. After all that these characters have been through, they deserve some peace and happiness!

  • I love this song its calming and perfect for a happy ending

  • Feeling hopeful with this :)

  • eargasm

  • yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees i was looooooking this song loooooooooonng time....thanks!!!!

  • whats name of song¿

  • Comment removed

  • just love the description " a audio music" which music isn't audio wtf?

and this song kinda reminds me of 1979 by smashing pumpkins just without vocals

  • this song makes you feel like everything's alright.

  • agreed

  • I love this tune! I've had it on my itunes for like 2 years and only discovered it recently. It's so upbeat and lighthearted!

It really conveys that "we've been through a lot of hardship; we've earned our reward" kind of bittersweet-happy ending.

"The zombies are dead, let's all go out for a picnic!" *Music plays inexplicably*

  • lmao agreed

  • @Joe22c Whats the name of the song?

  • @Assassin1922

The song is literally called "End Credits" by John Murphy. Can be found on the official soundtrack :-)

  • @Joe22c Oh. Hahahahahahaa! Yeah i found out after I posted the comment. Than I put it on my IPod. Great song.

  • a wonderful piece of music,its a shame its only 1min.45 secs,it needs to be longer,but a wonderful tune.;-)

  • absolutely, and it's perfect for the end scene where the jet flies over... definitely lifts your spirits.

  • Download NCH's Wavepad Sound Editor, copy this track into it, then you could extend it!

  • @LZDEN I have the film on DVD and the version in the credits is much longer than the version that was released on the soundtrack. I'll try to extract it and upload it some time in the future.

  • I have it under the name "And Slowly I Submerge To Death" but you won't find that anywhere, I think somebody just made it up, better name than "End Credits" though I'm sure you'll agree!

  • Well if you saw the movie, you'd think it was a perfect song to go out on. But if you want a really good overall horror song or one that beautifully describes the tone of this film look up "In the house - in a heartbeat" from this movie. It describes the tone of the movie perfectly

  • my favourite!

  • whats this song called????any1 help plz

  • 28 Days Later - End Credits

  • Just about every song in the movie was made just for the movie, not really any particular name. It's all by John Murphy though, if that helps any.

  • watch the film.

  • lol all these comments and nnot one saying what's the name of this sone XD....T_T

  • This is the ending credits, and if you had watched the film, it fits.

And if you're looking for inspiration...Try watching 28 Days Later itself...

  • anyone know the other ending credit song? It was right after Jim scene in the end

  • and ending (ascent)... it's here on youtube... could somebody tell me th name of this song... i'm watching right now 28 days later and i just let the credits cause i was playing and i just listened it... so beautiful :P

  • 'An ascent' was written by the artist Brian Eno

  • marcus

  • what's this song exactly called?

  • 28 days/weeks later are not zombie films. the infected are not undead corpses that eat flesh, the infected are living people who only want to spread the virus to non infected.

  • If they have certain zombie traits, they are zombies and these certainly qualify. Being alive is pretty unorthodox, but so is saying "send more paramedics".

  • it reminds me one thing this song i can tell if i where in a zombie apocalipse and i heard this song ........it would be HOPE ^^

    Ezperanza

  • this is why i love zombie movies ...cool soundtracks aaah :D so cool and beauty ^^

  • lol 28 days later is NOT a Zombie Movie because they are not Zombies. They are infected

  • naomie harris is so beautiful i love her in this movie.

  • This song is just lovely. Makes me think of forests, eternal youth, first loves and all that stuff. Its sound also reminds me of bands like The Cure and The Cranberries, though don't ask me why. Sure wish I could find more stuff like this.

  • If you like this try Explosions in the sky, same(ish)

  • Thank you very much...I checked them out(Explosions), and I love it...I loved the soundtrack to Friday Night Lights, but wasn't aware who did it...very helpful, and a good comparison(a rare thing on youtube!)...

  • To add, some other band very similar to this sort of sound are Mogwai and, to a lesser degree, Sigur Ros.

  • @taffy1976 Explosions in the Sky is a fucking CHEAP ripoff of GY!BE.

Try GY!BE, some of the breaks in their music sound like this.

  • esperanza hope

  • One of my favorite song in this movie =P

  • Bloody Awesome Tune.

  • ok after a bit of researching i have found that the name of this song is simply "end credits" with no artist taking credit for it therefore it was probably made just for this movie

  • this ain't the end credits first song what is?

  • wots the name of the song ???????

  • nice, travis ^^

  • Who the fuck wrote this? Does a certain group perform it, or is it just studio musicians? Very evocative, just beautiful...

  • John Murphy wrote it, not sure who it was performed by..

And I agree, it's a really beautiful piece.

  • i love this song whats the name of this

  • odd song to finish on, but it still sounds awesome

  • the guitar tuning is fine, that was prob done to the musician's taste. just goes to show you even the things that aren't done to perfection can still be quite beautiful

  • Yeah, sometimes you get a nicer sound when you tune it out just a bit. I think the main track 'In the House - In a Heartbeat' is tuned slightly differently too. It makes the song much creepier.

I love this piece though. Somehow, to me, it makes the film seem even more tragic (seeing as the film is very dark, and ends with an upbeat sounding song), and it's quite an emotional piece too. I love John Murphy =D

  • whats the name of the song?

  • It's out of tune. I mean, the guitar. Like a half step from a.. Half step down.

  • que buena y como esta la pelicula?

    yo no la e visto.

    como se llama betty curse

    no es megan burns?

    :D

  • Exelente música, Exterminio es una muy buena pelicula, realmente buenisima XD!

  • that was such an original movie i loved it.
