Do I need a pry tool to get my lcd out of the case? You didn't use one, just the suction cup.

Purchased this kit and with these youtube instructions I completed the task in under 30 minutes. My only recommendation is shooting (or re-shooting) your repair videos in HD so you can better understand the repair steps. Highly recommend etechparts. I would do business with them again.

Yes we have the 2G Glass in stock. It has to be installed as an assembly because the glass, digitizer and lcd are all glued together.

this helped a lot, sadly when taking it apart i pushed too hard on the LCD and cracked it so i have a new LCD being sent to me....i did fix the cracked glass part tho...so but after that i should be all set and have a repaired iphone

Not trying to be misleading. It can be done in around 5 minutes as seen in the video but for your first time it will take much longer. This is the quickest and easiest way to replace the glass.

@cyj55 Sometimes you may have to reset the phone after installing new hardware. Just hold the home button and power button down at the same time for 10 seconds. If that doesnt work, Like Jordan said, You may not have the cables plugged in correctly.
